Stayed Nov 4, 2022On October 28th, one week before I was to arrive, the host messaged me that because I hadn’t paid her that the property was no longer available. I had paid for the reservation in full on August 15. I explained to her that I didn’t pay her directly but she always replied with the same message, “The property is NOT available”. I made 3 phone calls to VRBO over the course of the next 5 days and I always got the same response, “We have to give the host time to respond” even though she would not answer the phone or respond to your emails AND you had access to our messages where she consistently told me that I could not stay there.
