Lovely second-floor villa w/ great location – walk to beach, golf & activities

The location is very nice, the apartment was very clean, and comfortable for aa couple. Walkable to the beach and located near a very nice shopping area.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is an excellent property that is very close to the beach. Perfect size for a couple with a well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful screened-in balcony, with pond/fountain views. We enjoyed the beautiful serenade from the frogs, birds, and other wildlife. The property has been well updated; air conditioner works great, appliances are fairly new, and we recommend having a few meals on the balcony. There are two large flatscreens, with wifi, so you can use your prime, Netflix, or hulu accounts.There are plenty of bike racks out front and the dumpster is very convenient (20ft from stairwell).

While the small apartment was fine, the pool access that was confirmed when booking wasn't 't arranged. When failure to register us for guest access with the resort pool was followed up on with their property manager (Vacasa), they indicated that owner wasn't doing that any more and that regardless of what assurances were made at time of booking, this simply wasn't going to be fixed by them. For good measure, it took multiple follow ups and over a day to get answers from Vacasa, despite having provided initial notice during their normal local business manager hours and then following up with their main contact numbers and being told we'd get a response the next morning... which didn't happen. We had to follow up again later that afternoon. Vacations shouldn't be spent hunting down hospitality providers. Overall bad experience.

Great location on Kiawah Island. 5 minute walk and you’re on the beach. Quiet and relaxing. The condo is perfect for two. Clean and comfortable. Will use again if we go back.

If you are not a golfer but what the serenity of trees, birds, and the beach…this is the place for you. The furniture in the living/great room, while attractive is not at all comfortable. The sofa needs to be replaced because the cushions sink into the bed frame below. But everything you need for a relaxing stress free vacation is all there. Getting the tv to work was a challenge. If you use streaming platforms at home then you’re good. If you don’t, and I do not, just getting regular programming was a challenge. Perhaps written instructions might help.

Older property. Clean but popcorn ceilings, sagging sofa and chipped wood and paint throughout. Poor lighting and sagging shower curtain rod. Overall, a depressing experience. Has definitely seen better days. Check in and out was fine. Very cramped layout.

Place was as advertised. Easy check in and place was clean upon arrival. They answered any questions I had in a timely matter.

Great area! We found a great golf course. Excellent variety of restaurants to choose from. Place was perfect size. There was an excellent supermarket to get groceries to cook as well.
