Lovely Pottsboro Home w/ Patio & Fire Pits!

Came to the lake to kick of summer with the family. The property is quite possibly the most charming that I have ever been to. The location is close to all marinas and beaches and is quiet and private. The grounds are lush and green and well maintained. We were visited by some grazing cows in the field behind the property, which was fun. We very much enjoyed the little outdoor fire pit under the covered sitting area. There is also a cute little country store within walking distance. We just had an amazing time and the hosts are so gracious and welcoming.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was clean, well maintained, with many outside areas. Patio was awesome, with many birds visiting. Owners were gracious and friendly. We would definitely recommend this house.

The home was beautifully maintained and had all of the necessary amenities. The backyard patio and gazebo were very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the birds that gathered around the garden plot planted with giant sunflowers.

Everything was as expected. Beautiful property with all the bells and whistles. Super easy check in and great communication. Thanks so much for the amazing weekend.

We had everything we needed in this house and then some. It’s comfortable and cute. The beds and pillows are great. The showers have really good pressure which was needed after a long morning of fishing. The backyard is beautiful. We sat and enjoyed ALL the spaces the yard and porches had to offer. The gas station down the road has some delicious breakfast, burgers, onion rings and local coffee/wine/cheese options. The house is about ten to fifteen minutes from other dining options. The host had the perfect amount of communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable and well cared for. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the beds are comfortable, and lovely antiques are scattered around the house. The outdoor spaces were equally enjoyable: a front porch the full length of the house, a screened-in porch off one of the bedrooms, a back deck with table and chairs, a patio with seating around a fire pit, a grill which we enjoyed using, the pond and gazebo and plenty of space to wander around. The front parking area was quite large and accommodated friends and family we had invited over. Lake Texoma is close by as is Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge. Highly recommend this home and the hosts who are quite lovely.

Decided to take a mini getaway weekend and it did not disappoint. It was so peaceful to sit outside on the patio and watch nature. The horses in the next field were a great way to unwind and watch them in the evening while grilling. The pond was a great spot to relax and sit by while sipping on your coffee. We will absolutely be back. The home had everything we needed and made the stay even better.
