Prompt communication House was very clean

The house is very welcoming. It’s well maintained and clean. We needed to connect with the owners and they were very prompt in their response. We had a great stay!

This place is absolutely PERFECT! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, had all the amenities you’d need in the kitchen, great parking off the street for 3 cars, location was great. There were 6 adults and 2 children in our group. Plenty of comfortable space for everyone. We will definitely stay there again.

I think this property really only sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. The futon was not comfortable to sleep on. I recommend bigger garbage cans and more of them in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Kleenix would be a nice touch.

House was in a great quiet neighborhood. Perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Kate was very nice and responsive!

This property is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and in a respectable neighborhood. Unfortunately, due partially to technical difficulties (on our part), there were uncomfortable interactions with the property manager, who seemed to lose patience and professionalism in handling the situation and communicating nicely to their guests. With the help of VRBO customer support, these issues were resolved. I will note that the hosts did try to assist us with early check-in and to support an AC that only started working 12 hours into our stay. Thank you for a very nice weekend.

Stayed here for a work trip with the family. Really like that it is close to town and the Route 40. Easy check in and out. Property was just as described and perfect for our family.

Quiet location, comfy beds, has everything you need!

Stayed with family members for a family wedding. Place was great very well appointed and pretty. Loved the convenience of the location it was easy to get to all of our events all over Flagstaff. My only suggestion would be at least one full length mirror, .

The house was clean, well stocked with amenities, the only reason for not giving 5 stars was the shower in the guest bathroom upstairs didn’t drain well,and the beds were way too soft for our liking,other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

The home is spotless with everything you could want for a family vacation home base. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon and the great hiking in Sedona. Grocery stores and restaurants 5 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect!

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had all the we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The four of us all enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time - this place is very big compared to others - plenty of room for family of 6. Some of the older reviews said it wasn’t as clean, but it was spotless while we were there, either they changed their cleaner or someone had bad luck because we were very impressed. The host was responsive and actually let us know when the cleaners were done so we could get in a little earlier than normal which was perfect for us. Plenty of dishes for 6 people. King bed was very comfy - the bunk bed made some noise according to my daughters but everyone slept well. I would go again.

We came up from PHX with our two young daughters and my parents visiting from Boston. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids (even 3 kids if needed). Very clean, lots of space. The hosts were great. Quick responders. House was exactly as pictured. There was even a slight incident with previous renters and Kate left us crumbl cookies as an apology. Overall 10/10 stay! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed as this property for NAU graduation. Everything was perfect with the home and it was in a great location to get around.

This property was hands down the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Every detail in the listing description was perfect and I was very happy with the location! The beds were also the MOST comfortable we’ve ever slept in, to the point where we had to figure out the brand so we could purchase them for our home! We are excited to book again when we come back up for next years trip.

The home was well maintained and extremely clean. We were there the first week of November and Flagstaff turned cold and snowy. No issues with the heat at all the first couple of days when it wasn’t needed. However, the last day of our stay turned cold and each time I would try to adjust the heat, it would change back to the set schedule but then it didn’t follow the schedule of 70’degrees at 6:00pm. I am assuming heat was being controlled remotely, so didn’t notify owner. We were chilly but not unbearable, just little disappointed that somehow a battle was going on with the heat on a cold day with temperatures in home at 63-65. Other than that, home was very clean and accommodating. Would stay again most definitely!

My wife, 6 year old son and I stayed at this rental and it was perfect. The unit is located directly across from a neighborhood park with basketball, playground, large grassy area and dog park. It was great going over there in the mornings/evenings to play as a family. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within 10-min drive. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive to texts. The only improvement I would recommend was to update the book in the home that listed all of the home amenities. There was some outdated items in there that made it confusing at time (wifi password, access to cable TV), but Kate responded quickly to my questions. Cozy beds, well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets and pillows. We will stay here again!

Loved this location! Great for our family, check-in process was simple, beautiful accommodations, very clean and the amenities were perfect! Would recommend this lovely home for your home away from home!

Home was very clear and organized, kitchen had everything you could need and was labeled for easy location. Check in was easy and very clear. Check out was great only had to start dishwasher and tidy up the home. I loved that I didn't have to worry about stripping the beds and what load of laundry needed to be started. Very Thank for that!

Beautiful, large home. Like having a bathroom on the main floor. Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen. Had some ants the first week only. Had a great time.
