Lovely home w/private pool, game room, wet bar, covered porches, sun deck, walk to beach

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Easy access with car to awesome restaurants and souvenir shops. Our property looked like the main floor kitchen and living room had not been cleaned at all upon our arrival but after calling they sent someone out immediately. Only recommendation is that cleaning crew should probably be given more time to do a more thorough job. Yard work is definitely lacking. After saying all that I would still stay again. Our concerns were addressed in a timely manner and staff were all friendly.

When we first arrived to the property, we could tell the house was not very clean. After just a few hours, our feet were completely black from walking on the floors. I reported this to Thomas Beach and they were very kind and refunded a portion of the cleaning fee. We all had to wear slippers or something on our feet at all times. Unfortunately, we had a young group staying in the other side of this duplex that were extremely loud and partied all night. The cops were called almost every night by everyone in the area. There would be 30-50 teenagers inside and outside of the house at late hours of the night. They were eventually forced to vacate their rental early, but half of our trip was already over and a lot of my family did not get much sleep. Thomas Beach contacted me and apologized for the inconvience and they refunded a portion of our stay for this as well. On our last night there, my niece was in the upstairs shower and there is a huge crack in the ceiling on the level below that shower and water started leaking on the floor. The house is a great size and has plenty of room for multiple families. I just wish the house was cleaner and a little more taken care of. We made the best of our trip and Thomas Beach was very helpful, but we would not choose to stay in this house again.

What a great property for a group of 8 golfers. Quiet area and easy access to food options. It was our second time staying here and will not be our last.

Please house was very spacious! It was about 3 blocks to walk to the beach, but public parking was close and very close to a drop off area to drive back and forth. The house was very clean, the pool area could have swept of leaves and the pool furniture cleaned off. It would have been nice to have been able to lower the A/C to a little cooler of a temperature, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

We had a party of 7 and house worked out great. Alot of room for all of us! Thomas reality was great to work with, we had an oven issue and it was fixed within a few hours. Very satisfied!!!

There were eight women golfers and we had a great time. Large living area and fantastic table for cards at night.
