Lovely Home Near Lake Allatoona ~ Red Top Mountain And Lake Point Sports Complex

Outstanding rental. Tons of room. We stayed with 7 family members and it was never crowded. Elderly parents and kids. Everybody was very happy. Kitchen is massive and wonderful. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and outstanding showers.Host was great. Very accommodating. Easy rental. Beautiful and secluded.Zero complaints. Highly recommended.

Overall an amazing experience! The rooms were very nice and spacious, loved the entertainment center along with the bar. Absolutely top notch facility! Loved the fire pit out back.

We loved our stay! The home was enormous and we had plenty of room for our large family. The area surrounding the home allowed our nature loving children time to explore and play outdoors. Our older kids loved the movie theater! We loved having a gym to work out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Thank you for letting use borrow your home for a few days.

This host is top tier. Property is well equipped and in great shape. Plenty of space for all of our guests allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together. Great location for the nearby GA stste parks. Our group had a fantastic stay again this year and we will not hesitate to book again.

Location was fabulous for our family. Our daughter got married at the nearby Butterfly Pavilion this weekend. The size, cleanliness, and excellent host, made the weekend less stressful.

Host is very easy to work with and the place has everything you could need, plenty of space. Just needs a little sprucing up, painting and maybe replace some furniture. Also need to know the workout area and sauna are in another building not far away but not connected to home.

This is my 2nd year staying here for our family Christmas gathering! It has plenty of room for sleeping & the kitchen is big enough to move around comfortably to cook with several people in there! The kids really enjoyed the movie room & the spacious yard out front to play while the weather was amazing!!

Great house! Family gathering and it was perfect! It had everything we needed - great big kitchen and dining area with comfortable livingrooom/den to gather! we loved the fire pit too!

Kitchen was wonderful, space was perfect, outside was perfect for kids to play, but it did have a few junkie areas. The negative was maybe a touch up painting on porches. There was a soft spot on the back porch, weight room was junked up and dirty. And I’m sure this was a mistake but the master bath had hair all in it.

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was excellent for a large group and sufficiently stocked. The location was quiet and private with 3 parking spaces which served our needs well. The host was quick to respond to messages. To be transparent, many areas were found in need of repair/maintenance, and not very clean. Some furniture and bathroom fixtures were found to be broken and some inoperable. Dishes and utensils had been put away dirty.

Stayed for PBR 17u National Championships. House was very close to fields. Split house with 4 dads and four boys and had plenty of room. Basement theater room was awesome need to update some of the connections on things. Was also a work out room that was great for players and dads. Great house for what we needed.

The home was fantastic. Plenty of towels and home had plenty of space for what we needed. The owner was also very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

This is the second year where family and friends have stayed here. Has everything you need and more. Will be booking next year shortly.

We were in town for a family wedding that was only about a mile away. Great location, big house with lots of room! Beds were comfortable, living room was great to hang out in and the kitchen was beautiful! We didn’t have the opportunity to use the media room or gym.

Great location, property and layout of home but was not very clean. Owner did offer to have someone come out and take a look at it but we were only there for one more night at that point. We he house was a bit worn but it worked for us!

We come to town once / twice a year and we wont stay anywhere else. The property is awesome and the host is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend.

My family needed a big place to stay. My oldest daughter was getting married near by. We are so happy with everything about this place. Great big house with useful space and plenty of room!! Beds we extremely comfortable. Kitchen fit all 15 of us. Great space. It’s 10 min from Redtop Mountain State pro. I hope we can find a reason to stay here again!!

We have been going on family Christmas Vacations for 24 years. The entire family loved the house and location. Plenty of hiking trails with history of the civil war, Red Top Mountain State Park, Stone Mountain and close to shopping for those who wanted to. The movie room was great for watching football and spooky movies at night. Thanks Kenny for letting us share your home.

This house was great for our family to gather at & get to spend the entire weekend together celebrating Christmas. It was a lot easier & more enjoyable to have all of us u set one roof instead in different hotel rooms! It’s was spacious & entertaining!

The pros were check in/check out were super easy and the host always communicated quickly. The house was big and accommodating.The cons are it was rough around the edges. It was grimy with dirt/dust in the corners of the rooms, streaky surfaces (counters/tables/etc..), a little mold/mildew in the bathrooms, fridge smelled fishy and had grimy moisture under the glass shelves. Otherwise the beds looked clean and were comfy. The host did call me around 6:30pm and very disrespectfully yelled at me to bring the kids (15-17 yr olds) in for being too loud. They were down at the gym working out with the music playing and when we went down to ask them to turn it off, I admit it was very loud. However, the host was so rude and nasty in his ask. It was probably the most disrespectfully I've ever been treated/spoken to. We asked the kids to keep it quiet and they played hide and go seek tag after the gym and then came in for the night. I wouldn't stay here again.

We all were very impressed with this home and amenities. Clean rooms, plenty of towels, nice exercise room, good location.

We stayed at the property for our son’s wedding. We filled every bed in the house with family and friends with room to spare. The theater room was a great spot to watch football and the fire pit was a hit. Almost everyone in the house used the gym which was an added bonus. Loved the private setting and rustic yard, very relaxing during a stressful weekend.

We were in the area for a big cross country meet and needed a place for our boys and girls teams. Our stay was brief, arriving about 8PM and departing just after 6AM, but the house worked great for us. We were able to put boys on the top floor, girls in the basement and my wife and I took the master bedroom on the main floor. There were lots of amenities (movie room, weight room) that we weren't able to use during our brief stay, but they'd be great if we were there longer. We'd definitely book again if it's available when we return to this meet next year.

Property was very large and would be a wonderful place for family get a way. Close to towns but still out in the woods. We saw deer in the yard and on the roads at night. Great vacation home!!

This beautiful home could use a detailed cleaning and some patchwork. The home has some wonderful upgrades which includes an amazing kitchen and very refreshing showers.

We had 11 relatives staying here. Kitchen well stocked & large. Loved the media/theater room downstairs. The gym was a nice feature as well. We attended a family reunion in Ball Ground so it was fairly close. Hope to stay here again.
