This property is located on a hill and consists of two villas with several, separate housing units. In one villa there are 5 apartments, three of them are two-storey with one bedroom each on the upper floor (minimum ceiling height about 1 m). The house with the 5 apartments is located on a plot connected by a bridge with the plot of the other villa. In this villa are two apartments with external stairs. On the first floor lives the owner, who has a separate entrance and parking, so you have privacy. He takes care of the house and also cleans the pool with counter-current. Besides the well-equipped apartments, there is an outdoor jacuzzi, a table tennis table and the fitness room. The whole area around the swimming pool has internet. In the large common room you can prepare delicious meals on the grill. For a fee you can also use the nearby football field. Excursions to the island of Brac or Makarska, transfers from the airport or to the diving school in the indoor swimming pool can also be organized - everything is done by prior arrangement. A nice vacation home to rest and feel good. Visit also Split, the metropolis of Dalmatia, with its numerous sights. Among them are the Palace of Diocletian, the Cathedral of St. Duje and museums. Also, many events and concerts are offered during the summer months. The wide promenade lined with palm trees offers entertainment for all tastes. Either watch the fishermen mending nets, go for a leisurely coffee in one of the cafes overlooking the water, or enjoy a performance musicians and artists on the street.
