The terrace is partly under roof, this offers morning sun. There is another terrace to the southwest. In the garden swing and sandbox are installed. A nice house for the family. The cottage settlement is not far from Øer, here it is quiet and peaceful and perfect for walks onvacation. Also offers for recreational sports, experiences in nature as well as sightseeing can be found, the nearest MTB track is 14 km long. Children will surely want to go to Djurs Sommerland. Ebeltoft has a cozy atmosphere and a pedestrian zone that is worth experiencing. At the end of this is the beautiful old town hall. Also worth seeing are the frigate Jylland, Ree Park, Glass Museum and Skandinavisk Dyrepark.
