Lovely detached house in the Camaiore countryside LAST MINUTE DISCOUNT 10%

Lovely stay in a wonderfully characterful Tuscan house. Fairly easy access to Lucca and short walk to local village which has some great little restaurants.

We stayed at the house this summer for 10 days and ended up wishing we had booked at least two weeks. The house is lovely and features a lot of privacy. The pool is great and the amenities of the house as advertised. Francesca was great with her advice and about things to do and 0laces to eat and always available for questions. Definately looking forward to come back.

We've had a great week staying in the house. Lovely refreshing pool, terras, view, BBQ.. Plenty to visit nearby: the charming towncentre of Camaiore, the beach of Viareggio. A bit further, but easy reachable: Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, La Spezia, Livorno, Riomaggiore... And Firenze of course! During the week of our stay, we were unlucky to deal with a leaking poolfilter. It couldn't be fixed during our stay. The filter worked ok, but we've had to fill by the pool twice ourselves when the waterlevel was under the skimmerinlets. Minor issue: absence of mosquito windows. Chris & Brigitte

Amazing 4 nights spent in a typical villetta away from the hectic areas of Tuscany, yet close to all amenities. Venue well equipped including outdoor area with BBQ for more tranquillity between friends. All was great, but if I have to comment on something, the place may need a slight uplift, perhaps a larger TV (28 inch is passee) and a stronger wifi connection as phones struggle to connect to 5G in that area.

A beautiful, elegant Italian home set in lush gardens in a peaceful location near the town of Camaiore.

We had a wonderful time in Camaiore. The house is very nice and matches the description exactly. But a hint can be useful: Because of its idyllic location next to a stream, we had an extraordinary amount of mosquitoes. Therefore we had to use mosquito repellent already in the afternoon. Of course, this was difficult in the pool, but otherwise it was no problem. But maybe the mosquito plague was also due to the fact that it had rained extensively at our arrival. The support by our host Francesca was excellent. She was always available at short notice and had a quick solution on hand when needed.

We spent two weeks in August in this lovely house. The pool was great for our kids. The house is spacious, the bathroom new with a great shower and the kitchen is very well-equipped. We enjoyed the barbecue and the pizza oven. The host Francesca gave us great tips for things to do and see.

My friends and me really enjoyed our stay at Francescas property. The beds were comfortable, the pool was very nice and in the kitchen we found everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pizza oven and the barbecue on several occassions. In the area were some really nice restaurant and Francesca has a lot of good recommendations. We would definitly advise other friends to spend their holidays there.

We had a really good time staying at the villa. The location is excellent for visiting all the local sights, beaches and markets as well as being only a short drive to the nearby towns of Lucca and Pisa. Florence is an easy day trip. The beach is 20 minutes. You do need a car. We liked very much the quiet rural location of the house surrounded by fields and a few local houses, you feel part of the Italian country side and the wildlife is excellent. The facilities of the house are excellent, good bedrooms and living space inside and kitchen with a proper oven and fridge. Outside we enjoyed the pool every day. We used the BBQ area and the wood fired pizza oven to make delicious food. There are so many good restaurants recommended by Francesca that we did not have enough meal times to fit them all in. A faultless holiday..
