Stayed Jul 19, 2024This home was so nice! Smelled and looked So Clean! Quiet street and just a short 10 mn drive to downtown. We Uber'd for just a few bucks and that worked out great! The beds were so comfortable! Cute little outdoor area out back! We would Definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 20, 2023I would encourage anyone visiting Nashville to stay at Sara’s lovely cottage. The proximity to downtown is convenient for Uber and Lyft. The home is welcoming and has everything you need. The backyard patio is very peaceful in the evening. Thank you Sara for a memorable weekend.

The stunning cleanliness, comfortable beds, gorgeous decor and every amenity you could imagine was just hard to believe. Every detail was considered! We both agreed it was a perfect stay. And owner was a dream to work with and always quick to reply to us. She is the most gracious host. You will not be disappointed, stay with her in this fabulous home. Stayed Jul 22, 2022The home was well done, clean, and perfectly set. The description on the webiste matched the real thing. We entered the house easily with the code. The house was cooled easily by the AC. The kitchen was stocked with the basics to cook. The rooms were well decorated, and the beds and bathrooms comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this home!

Stayed May 26, 2022House with southern charm, especially the front porch with rocking chairs where we enjoyed morning coffee. Comfy beds and bathrooms very nice. Took XL Lyfts to/from Broadway and cost was around 18-20 dollars + tip. Nice micro brew tap room within walking distance. Would recommend this house.
