Lovely beach home in N Litchfield on Flagg Lake.

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time. Every single aspect of this stay was so pleasant and relaxing. This was the most perfect place to enjoy the company of friends and family.

I typically don’t review stays. But I made an exception to leave an exceptional review. I felt completely at home with the quintessential southern charm of this home. Will be back

Located in a nice neighborhood with a short walk to the beach that was not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The rooms were nicely decorated and living areas had plenty of seating. We felt at home and would stay again. Easy check-in.

House is in a great location short bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach .Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee ! Furnishings were well appointed and the property was clean . We will for sure stay here again .

We had a great week here. This community is a perfect neighborhood and the beach is awesome. We loved being able to have our dog with us and walking on the beach with him. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We would recommend this place and hope to be back again.

This property was wonderful. North Litchfield is our destination of choice when looking for a peaceful vacation. The house is ideal. Five minute walk to the beach, clean, quality throughout, easy checkin, easy checkout . Thank you Katie.

Perfect location for a beach getaway! Sunrise on the beach made it perfect. Plenty of room to enjoy family and friends! Cocktails on the porch was a fan favorite! This little slice of heaven is also located close to shops and grocery store. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at Katie’s rental. The house was nicely appointed and comfortable, with all of the amenities our family needed. Katie was an excellent host, and send a bunch of helpful information. We loved this house!

Awesome home with a comfortable, clean and cozy atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay with the relaxing view out back overlooking the pond. Our German Shepherd, Draco, especially enjoyed watching the Comorants, Egrets and Blue Herons hanging around the pond. Only a short walk from the beach allowed us multiple strolls every day, morning and evening. A very dog friendly neighborhood and beach. The food in the area is wonderful, but the kitchen has plenty of equipment if you want to cook. We look forward to returning next year to enjoy more time in this home.

Great location- a short ride or walk to the beach. The home was very clean, was well supplied, and had a great layout with plenty of space for everyone. The host was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay again!
