This beautifully crafted Charleston beach home just underwent a renovation in Summer 2019 expanding it to 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is located on gorgeous Kiawah Island, just a short drive from the gate of the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation. It`s the perfect family getaway to experience all that Kiawah has to offer: tennis, golfing, biking, fishing, water sports, wildlife, and more. This popular home features modern furnishings, expansive bedrooms, and a private pool. It is the ideal combination of relaxation and fun for any group of travelers.

The first floor of the home was entirely redesigned to highlight the bright, spacious floor plan that makes entertaining and relaxing throughout the living, kitchen, and dining areas a breeze. The main living room sports contemporary, comfortable furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and an abundance of windows allowing for plenty of natural light. The open, fully-equipped kitchen consists of all needed cookware, an abundance of counter-top space and cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances. The large dining area has a gorgeous wood table and seating for eight guests. There are also three bar stools for additional seating.

Three of the six bedrooms are located on the first level of the home. The grand master suite (Bedroom #1) is comprised of a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private master bathroom with his and her sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. This room also has a private open sitting area that features a sofa-bed and access to the back patio and pool. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) contains two twin beds, private bathroom, and direct access to the back patio and pool. The third bedroom on this level (Bedroom #3) has a king bed and private bathroom as well.

Heading up the newly installed staircase to the second floor of the home, you’ll discover that the home’s recent expansion and renovation offers three more bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. At the end of the hallway, the fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4) has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The fifth middle bedroom (Bedroom #5) has a queen bed and shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the final bedroom (Bedroom #6), which has a full-size bed. All rooms are equipped with a TV. The laundry room area is also on the second floor of the home.

Step outside and you`ll find the home`s most exciting feature: the stunning back deck with private pool. Pool can be heated for an additional $200 per day, four day minimum. Enjoy morning coffee in a rocking chair, grill out with friends and dine outside at the patio table, sunbathe in a poolside lounge chairs, or just relax in the pool and enjoy the beauty and nature of Kiawah Island.

No smoking, no pets, and no events allowed, no exceptions will be made.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required..

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed. No access to resort pools or fitness centers.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family gathering for Thanksgiving. The home was very clean and in good condition. Interestingly, the details we received were very clear that there were no spices (there were several) and a crockpot was “not required”. There was a crockpot. Likely the property management team does not check those items that frequently. We did have a group of 13 and there were only 8 spoons and within a day a new utensil set was delivered. They were good to answer questions promptly.

    The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, organized, and close to the beach! The property manager provided clear check in instructions which helped our group, and also had a beach gear delivery and a generous starter pack available which made our planning much easier. We had one hiccup during the stay, but the property manager was responsive and extremely helpful and worked promptly in getting it straightened out! Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was great however two issues we had: the pool was gross, full of leaves on the bottom and floating on the top, so we just went to the beach. The second issue was hot water. There was none, only luke warm that lasted maybe 3 minutes before becoming ice cold. This was in every shower/bathroom.
