No pets and No Smoking Permitted.

2 TVs: at Master Bedroom Built-in Roku Smart TV and at Living Room w/Roku Internet Streaming (no satellite/cable/antenna). Pots/Pans/Dishes/Towels/Linens/Etc.

This is 55+ active adult/ aged restricted/ retirement community, person underage of 19 may not be permitted due to the community bylaws. It is also a community requirement that at least 1 person is 55+ aged to occupy the unit and their name must be on the short-term rental agreement.

This home can accommodate up to 4 people. The rate is quoted up to 2 people, additional guest and additional nights ($75 per night/ per each guest).

A non-refundable cleaning fee is required $495 (up to 2 hours of minor cleaning such as washing sheets, towels, etc.). All payment is due at the booking. Refundable Damage Deposit is $2,995.

Check in time from 3 PM (PST) & Check out time by 11 AM. (PST)

Minimum stay is 31 days. There are no privileges to the community amenities. No card provided, unless the tenants stay a minimum of 4 months (more details will be provided if you are staying at least 4 months).

(In season reservation: Period between December and April: we may reserve the renting for tenants who may want a longer term than 4+ months minimum period.) But please do not hesitate to check with me if the month you want is available. If it is available, of course I will accommodate your stay even if it is only 31 days stay :)

Please note when you stay at least 4 months and you want to use Clubhouses/Amenities. there is additional $100 one-time fee Per Person, offering is up to 2 persons (or 2 cards). Each access card is good until the end of rental agreement. Tenant(s) pays the $100 per tenant fee directly to the Association for the card privilege. Doing so, I will generate the official lease with my signature, so you can bring to the Community Admin. Office for them to issue you the card with photo-taken at their office. If tenant(s) does not wish to use or access club facilities and amenities, tenant does not need to apply for this card. This community privilege card is to access 4 club houses, 4 swimming pools, tennis courts, and much more.
