Lovely 4 BR, 3 BA Home with Heated Private Pool and bicycles included!

We had an AMAZING time at Vivian's property. This house is very comfortable, clean, and is fully stocked for a long stay. These are very considerate, responsive hosts and they were so helpful and were quick to respond when I had questions. Every part of the house was super clean, and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked (cooking items, oils, condiments, foil, parchment paper etc.). When I couldn't locate a kettle that I thought was listed in their description, a new kettle was immediately ordered and sent to me the next day. The pool is very private and was kept well-heated for my kids to swim in every night. They are very generous with their beach/bike equipment in the garage. The one story house was very convenient as well for the older adults. I would absolutely stay here again - it's a lovely home and it's clear the hosts care about their guests' comfort. The trip was wonderful! The owners and the house were fantastic. House was beautiful and the quiet location was very peaceful. Definelty recommend and hopefully we will be back for another vacation!

The house was a great choice. the owners answer quickly with any questions we had, the garage was filled with bikes and beach chairs which came in handy. It was an easy bike or walk to the beach, quick 2 min drive to the grocery store and shopping. The house had everything we needed and more. We’ll be staying here for our next Kiawah trip

Before arrival, Vivian was so helpful answering all questions and had wonderful recommendations for our family. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was perfect after a relaxing day on beach. Plenty of space for our family - parents, adult children, and grandchildren. Loved the location with easy access to beach and shops.

This is a wonderful Kiawah home and perfect for families! It’s an open floor plan which is great for everyone to be together with plenty of space. We also enjoyed being on one level. The pool was a game changer after a morning at the beach. We traveled with 3 young boys (3 yrs, 1 1/2yrs and a newborn) and the pool has a long step along the length of it which the little boys really enjoyed. The owners are quick to respond to questions and made it easy to check in. You don’t need to bring any bikes or beach chairs because they have you covered. We had a wonderful time and look forward to renting this home again.

The house was super clean which I really appreciated. The bikes were easy to use and beach access is so close. House was fully stocked with minor kitchen stuff, but also with stuff for the beach. Easy laid back vacation just like we like. We’ll definitely be back.

Very good stay

The stay was nice and relaxing! Weather was awesome and we were able to enjoy a lot of outdoor activities.

Our family had a wonderful time in Kiawah. We used the bikes a bunch and absolutely loved the pool! The kitchen was well stocked and we ate most of our meals at home. The craft ice was a hit for making cocktails. We parked at the beach access so we only had to carry chairs a short distance. Our group of 9 celebrated my husband's birthday at Tomasso at Turtle Point. the meal was delicious and Noah gave us great service.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend celebrating my brother-in-laws wedding. We have 2 small children and wanted the space to stay somewhere with my parents. This was such a perfect property and location for visiting Kiawah Island! Everything was just as advertised and we found everything clean, the property details included were super easy to understand! Personally, I appreciated the easy level and means of communication we had with the owners throughout the long weekend. They were truly so kind and hospitable welcoming us for our trip! Enjoy!

Vivian's home was a wonderful place to spend a few days with family. The living spaces were very comfortable - open floor plan so we could all be together. The pool was the winner for us. In shade for most of the day, we just relaxed floating in the lounger floats and playing games. It was a little too hot to eat outside and enjoy the screened porch but they were comfortable spaces for sure. And the fleet of bikes allowed us all to cruise around the island exploring. A short walk to the beach, easy access to the bike/walking paths, and super convenient to Freshfields for food and shopping. All in all, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

Wonderful saltwater pool! The property owners were just a txt away. Very nice place! Definitely recommend.
