Stayed Feb 13, 2026The house was as pictured and the location of the house is convenient to downtown Newnan, groceries and shopping. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She welcomed us with some wonderful roasted coffee for us to use during our stay!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025The location is close to everything and Janice was quick to respond. For a home that accommodates large families, there were basic items that were missing. Extra towels would have been helpful, we only had 1 bath towel per person without any extras. There weren't basic cooking utensils such as spatula, large spoons, etc. The trash can in the kitchen was very small, like one you'd usually find in a bathroom.
