Stayed Dec 7, 20233 adult couples used the house during the rodeo in Vegas. The backyard was full of weeds and unkempt with many neighborhood cats wondering throughout the property. One member of our party had extreme cat allergies and could not sit outside and was impacted by the cats using the exterior of the property. We had asked the owner if the property had animal smells and she said no but it was very noticeable. Also, the property only has 2 full bathrooms, both upstairs, to use for bathing. The downstairs bedroom is a half-bathroom with no tub or shower. This was misleading in the advertisement of the property. It was fine for a quick stay in Vegas with comfortable beds but nothing would make us want to book it again.

Stayed Oct 7, 2023Owner had told me the property had amenities and when we checked in they weren’t offered. Messaged her on Sunday and didn’t get a response back for a few days. The neighbors was loud and partying late. If I had known the amenities wasn’t available we would of booked somewhere else.
