Lovely 3 BR Home In Spring- Convenient location close to Houston & the Woodlands

Our stay at this place was great. We do not have any complaints.

The kindest hosts! Lovely house that was able to fit all of our needs. Reasonable fees for having pets, with a very nice yard for them. We got here before the winter freeze and ended up having to snag an extra night because we can’t travel home yet… they were super accommodating and helpful. Garage to keep our car in, and the beds are COMFY.

Beds were dirty restrooms had mold neighborhood felt unsafe train goes all night so can’t get any sleep what shows in pictures is not accurate shower curtains had blood stains on them

This is a great place to stay for a nights sleep. The beds are comfortsble. The neighbor is nice and very quite. There is a nice garden tub in the master bedroom. The house is a little older than showing in the pictures. The garage is not accessible as noted itis. There is no can opener or any dishes to use for baking..

Great place to stay while visiting family in Houston

We slept over for race day at Woodlands Marathon. Good for a quick overnight stay but maybe not so great for long stays of a week

We had to come to Houston a day early so we booked this VRBO for 1 night. We cannot stress how disappointed we were with this home. The home was tidy, but really in need of a deep cleaning. It is in need of updates, in both bathrooms which had black showing through the caulk. The bathroom rugs had clearly not been washed in ages. We chose to sleep on top of the bedding because we feared bed bugs. I suggest the owners fix, deep clean and repaint the home in an off white plus paint all woodwork.

This property was a perfect place for my family. The house was a good size for me, my wife, and 2 sons(14) (12). The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We stayed for 5 nights and slept comfortably every night. There is a train that passes at night, it is close enough to hear, but not so loud it should really bother anyone. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. This location was about 45 min to an hour from Hobby Airport / Downtown Houston. There are many places to eat in the area by driving a few minutes. My wife and I enjoy going for walks in the early morning (6 to 7am) and we were able to walk the neighborhood and say hi to many of the people in the neighborhood. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The hosts were responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.
