Three bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow with air conditioning situated in Cerro Grande. Within easy walking distance of Old Town, Albufeira, a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and beach.
The master double bedroom looks out to the terrace. There are 2 further twin bedrooms and 2 beautiful new modern shower rooms. The living/dining area with large TV, has patio doors to the lovely private balcony, brick built BBQ, wind down awning. A lovely sunny area for sunbathing, dining enjoying the sea/marina views. Free wi-fi at the property and off street parking at the house.

Unfortunately many weeds and over growth at property.Towels and bedding are outdated and need replacement.Bathrooms only updated area of this property.Good location, just needs some TLC.

It is a nice bungalow in a great location. Out of the noisy centre of town but still very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is well equipped for a family. The kitchen has a good range of pots and pans and crockery. There is a well stocked supermarket very close by. The terrace has a lovely view of the marina.

We enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay here and would highly recommend. The beds could be a bit comfier and we couldn’t get the air con to work in livingroom but we spent the most time on the lovely patio anyway. Nice views of the marina, and it was nice and quiet at night to get a good sleep. Would definitely come again.

Three adults and a teen and a child it was perfect! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the property was beautiful. It was within good walking distance of the marina, beach & old town. It was really was bliss watching the sunset from the balcony
