Lovely 2 Bedroom Condo With *Free Parking and WiFi*

The property was nice with a positive energy around the house. Shower drain seemed to be slightly clogged. Neighbors weren't a bother and a/c unit was adequate.

The owner responded immediately to all messages. This place was a lot nicer in the pictures. It was a bit of a letdown because it was in a neighborhood that was not well kept. The building looked OK and the inside was OK. The air conditioners were full of black mold inside. There was a giant cockroach in the kitchen that I killed immediately. I tried not to tell my kids about it, but we found many more baby cockroaches on the walls Throughout the stay. I reached out to the owner and he immediately responded back and told us he sent somebody to spray the perimeter of the building, which I did appreciate. Overall, I would not use this place again. If you are on a very tight budget, it will do, and is more convenient than a small hotel for the same price.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. It was relatively quiet, very clean, and laid out exactly is in the advertisement the owner was easy to reach, and had everything laid out for us.

Our stay was spectacular. The house was perfect for the needs of my wife two daughters and myself. The house was very clean and welcoming. Most of our activities were down by the beach and the convention center and travel was pretty easy. Gerry was very responsive to every request and I would definitely recommend this place.

Host was easy to work with but neighbor hood was very sketchy, no pictures of the outside of the property now i know why. We did not end up staying we had to find a safer place to stay the night.

Had a great time. No one bothered us and everyone was very friendly that we interacted with. Seen a lot of great people and went out and seen some amazing sights and animals in the Everglades Thank You for all your Hospitality

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It was nice for my weeks stay. The hose responded right away and was always nice. I would stay at this property again.

Connection was good and Host was excellent. Response time for contact or assistance was also good. My family and I were impressed. The decor is warm and made the ambivalence exceptional. Thanks again. Will recommend and return again.
