Loveland Retreat w/ Bicycles, Deck & Fire Pit!

This house is so cozy and cute, and immaculately clean. Great location in the middle of Loveland, with great access to 34 and I-25. Fully appointed with everything one would need for their stay. They even left a bottle of wine and a couple of protein bars on the counter! The yard is completely fenced in and quite large - perfect for the doggo. We forgot our dog bowls, but there were extras on the deck for us. Neighborhood is super cute with most of the houses updated and well-kept. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for holiday visit with our child who is a recent CSU graduate. House was comfortable with many updates. The decor was modern. And the downstairs area was very helpful. The backyard was great for our pup. We loved the convenience to downtown Loveland. Looks lovely with a dusting of snow, too.

The home went beyond our expectations. It was very clean, roomy, and centrally located. We loved that everything was provided except for some condiments. It’s a beautiful home and perfect for a family and a girls weekend!

We spent a long weekend in Loveland and stayed at this home with another couple. It's just as described, very clean, has everything you'd need, a wonderful peaceful back yard, and comfortable beds. We'd definitely love to stay again!

Very cute and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you might need. The street was torn up for new water pipes, but that wasn’t as much as a hassle as it could have been. Only cons: The air conditioners are quite loud and the bathroom needs another towel rack. One is not enough for 2 people let alone 4. But still a sweet little house.

Awesome backyard to get away from the Tucson heat. Fun relaxing by the fire pit. We were visiting friends in the area. The house was central to all things we wanted to do. Very clean. Hosts were very responsive and nice. Would stay again.

This house was perfect. Situated on a quiet street, just blocks from a cool lake, it was the perfect location for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. They even had some bikes for us to use to explore. Two thumbs up!!

When traveling I look for 3 things when renting a home: 1) Comfortable and functional living space; 2) Nice surrounding area; 3) Good communication with owner. This listing checked off all 3 and I would definitely rent here again. The home is just as advertised and the owner (Kristin) has done a very nice job setting it up so folks will want to return, adding several extra touches throughout. The backyard is huge and fenced-in, which is wonderful if you are traveling with a pet. The neighborhood and surrounding area are very pleasant. This is a great rental all the way around!

Location perfect for downtown access House clean and well provisioned

This was a work trip for myself but the family got to enjoy the trip. The house is very nice and the owners are excellent. Lots of places that you can walk from the house is in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

We were so fortunate to find this wonderful little home in a quaint Loveland neighborhood! The house is adorably decorated and well appointed, with all the amenities you will need for your stay. It is just a hop-skip-and a jump from downtown with SO many great watering holes and food options. We spent our entire stay in this area and never ran out of places to try. Kristin is a great host and the entire experience was just exceptional! Thank you!

The house is in a good location. Very clean. The amenities were top notch. It was lovely sitting out on the back deck having coffee in the morning.

It was perfect for the dogs with a large backyard and convenient extras for traveling with pets. As a guest I could tell a lot of thought went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and yard, spacious and clean. Owners were good with communicating and responding. Really enjoyed our stay here. Out of the way from major traffic but not far from getting anywhere to explore.
