Stayed Jul 30, 2025The mini kitchen (hot plate) was not adequate. We had to buy a nonstick skillet and spatula. One night we were disturbed by a loud and profane argument from the host quarters.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the geese, ducks (and saw a blue heron and fish as well), in the little water way to the lake. Clean house and owners were so responsive! Comfortable bed and the living room chairs were great! We give our highest possible rating. Loved it.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024The place was cute and comfortable but small. The bed was nice and comfortable, but you have to walk through the dining room of the hosts house and it is a little awkward.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024We were staying in Loveland for parents weekend at CSU. This spot gave us a quick route to the school but also the distance to enjoy ourselves once activities were done. Great neighborhood and areas to eat/drink right close by.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024Wonderfully welcoming! I met one of the owners and she was very polite. I loved the back deck to sit and relax. The mini refrigerator was a nice convenience. The place was very clean. I have no complaints and would definitely come back.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024First of all, the hosts could not be any nicer! The stay was overall very good, private suite in a home with separate entrance. Lovely neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac. I felt safe walking around there. Positives: Hosts, locale, very clean, private, quiet, affordable. Very comfortable large bed, older furniture but very comfortable and clean.Water view off the deck, easy to find and private entrance, bed very comfortable, lots of storage and empty dressers for clothing, pots and pans, silverware with stovetopParking is on the street as advertised and first come first serve. Wasn't too difficult for me, but it is very limited because of the cul-de-sac, might be parking a little further down the road if busier but not too far and not a deal-breaker here.

Stayed May 21, 2024Our visit was pleasant and comfortable. It sure beat a hotel. We were also pleased to find the windows overlooking a lake teaming with geese and white pelicans. A very nice visit.
