Just a 10 minute walk down the quiet trails to Cliff Pond for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. Great location for hiking, biking, kayaking, and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Stayed Jul 12, 2025This was our 3rd consecutive year staying at the house. We had a great time once again with our family of 4 (2 kids ages 8 and 11) and 1 dog.house is as advertised, communication with owner was easy and straight-forwarded.The family enjoyed Crosby Beach (about 2 miles away), the cape code bike trail and also explored other nearby towns!

Stayed Apr 3, 2025We have stayed at this lovely home many times during the month of August which is the height of the season. Great location for access to Nickerson State Park and bay beaches. The house is clean and well equipped. It's so nice that we can bring our dogs as the home has a fenced in backyard. This was our first time staying at this home off season. We found it to be as cozy and welcoming as our other visits here. The delightful hosts who make you feel right at home! We look forward to our next stay here!

Stayed Aug 4, 2024This was our 4th stay at this comfortable and cozy Cape Cod home. It is literally 50 feet from Nickerson State Park which we love! It is also close to Brewster beaches and in general centrally located to restaurants and various activities. The yard is fenced so our dogs are safe outside. The backyard backs up to conservation land and provides for a peaceful deck experience. The home has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Hopefully, we will be back next year!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Great stay here. Small but has everything you need especially AC! The fenced in yard was super helpful for our dog and the location next to Nickerson was amazing. Super easy to walk on the trails and over to the ponds. Thanks for a great stay!
