Louisville Home w/ Hot Tub in The Highlands!

Wonderful home! Very clean and extremely well stocked. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great bonus! Several restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great house in a great location! Our little pooch loved the fenced back yard while we enjoyed the hot tub. Host was fantastic, quick to respond, provided clear instructions, etc. House had everything you needed. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

Management company and host were very unresponsive. I had to call the management company hours before arriving to obtain check-in information after not receiving responses to two different messages sent up to 24 hours in advance of actual check-in.After arriving we messaged a few more times asking about WiFi information and the two broken refrigerators. No response to those messages, until I sent one under the guise of a change request. Then, I did get a response telling me one of the refrigerators did work... But unfortunately, it didn't. (and I did communicate this) We had to keep our food on ice in our coolers for the duration of the stay. The WiFi information was eventually found under the guest sign in book. So sadly we also didn't have WiFi for the first day. The television upstairs also did not connect to the WiFi, so it was unusable. Despite the lack of communication, late check-in information, refrigerators, WiFi, and TV - the property was very clean, well appointed and in a beautiful and convenient location.I would give this property another chance. Perhaps we had unlucky timing when it came to the TV and fridge?? And I would recommend looking into how the management company handles communication. All fixable.

Property was close to everything - great location. Very walkable. Cute neighborhood. House was clean. We found the furniture to be somewhat uncomfortable.

We visited my son, who is doing a college internship in Louisville, over the 4th of July weekend. We LOVED the house and the area! The house had both historic charm and modern updates. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, looking at the historic homes in the area. The owner provided anything you could think of for use in a hoe away from home. The house was walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as a good launching point (not more that 15 minutes) to other areas of Louisville, including Downtown, NuLu, Crescent Hill and Churchill Downs. We loved the house and would rent again.

In town for the Achiever Fest -- this was a great location. The house is well appointed, clean, historic, and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, but with lots of restaurats and shops nearby. We look forward to staying here again the next time we're in Louisville.

This home was perfect for our extended spring break weekend trip! The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The home and neighborhood were both super charming and close to everything. Home was well stocked with anything you may need or possibly foegot! We were able to safely walk to several great restaurants in the area.

We stayed here for a few nights to visit our daughter. The location is great and walkable to many restaurants and bars. The house is an older historic type home with lots of stairs, but redone beautifully. The manager has left everything there for visitors use you could possibly need. We loved our stay!

Our family of five, plus our dog, had a truly fantastic weekend at this lovely home! The location was an absolute gem, making it incredibly easy to explore Louisville. After a day of adventures, the hot tub was a welcome oasis for relaxation. We were also so impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were – they had everything we needed and more! We absolutely LOVED our stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. We'd be thrilled to return in the future!

This home worked out great for our stay. It's close to some cool restaurants and access to downtown is quick and easy. The house was just as described and was well furnished. We really appreciated that we could bring our dogs. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Louisville!

We drove in from Texas and stayed in the house for 6 days over Christmas with our son, as well as our daughter and boyfriend who flew in from Virginia. The house was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed, was clean, was nicely decorated for the holidays, and had more than enough room for the 5 of us, even without needing the basement. Other highlights:- We never had an issue getting street parking for our truck right in front of the house- The neighborhood was quite- The location was great with its proximity to downtown (for Main St. distillery tours, in our case)- The hot tub was nice on the cold December nights- While we changed our plans and didn't bring our dogs, we appreciate that the property allows dogs (and yet didn't smell like dogs)

This house was perfect! Exactly what the girls needed. We enjoyed louisville all day then relaxed in the hot tub at night. We will come back and stay again. The house came with all the necessities and do much more!

The house was exceptionally clean, perfectly stocked, and very well appointed. This house is sitting in a fantastic area full of charm, and other gorgeous homes. It is a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. I simply can’t describe what a fantastic location it’s in. The communication was fantastic, and the check in/check out policy was clear and concise. This property is a slam-dunk, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home, very spacious. Owner provides many small amenities that makes this stay even nicer. Perfect fenced in backyard for dogs. We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect place for our stay. Great communication with the owner.

Great neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants. There was only street Parking but we never had an issue finding a spot right in front of the house. Short drive to Expo center. Would stay here again.
