Stayed Sep 25, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great for families with kids. Lots of living/sitting space. There is a cute playscape with a slide and swings along with a pool. Beds are super uncomfortable and could use some new mattresses. You’ll survive for a long weekend. Double check the bed configurations with the management office for accuracy. The website didn’t match what was actually set up when we arrived so we had to rearrange families last minute. Only real issue there was that everyone brought sheets to fit the beds in their room. We were told we’d be able to borrow a high chair but it wasn’t available after all. That was frustrating bc we would have brought a portal high chair if we’d been told the owners needed it for their own family. Be sure to ask for beanbags for cornhole at check in if you want to save yourself a trip back to the office. They don’t keep them in the house. Overall, it was a great time and we’ll continue to use this management company for other rentals.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Beautiful house with lots of space. It was our first stay with this company, I’ve been coming to the Frio since I was infant and now go with my little family! Had trouble getting information about check in, had no idea where to find the office they wanted us to get the keys from. Had to call the number on the sign for help. We couldn’t use one of the rooms upstairs, two beds had bed bugs. Was liked in the a house that looked cleaned but once we got settled in we started to notice stuff wasn’t sanitized. I don’t wear fake eyelashes but found the stuck on items (like the mirror) in the upstairs bathroom. But overall we had a great weekend.
