Looney Dunes | Private Beach Access Retreat

The property is as advertised. Great having 4 king bed suites that are gulf-front so that none of the adults felt short-changed with their room. The kids were really happy with the bunk room and lower level game room. Ample parking for vehicles is a plus too. We appreciated the option to heat the pool and used it heavily and daily. Kitchen was well furnished and there is plenty of gathering space.

The location was wonderful. The cook ware is at a minimum. The dishwasher has black mold all in it and it does not clean the dishes.

The property is excellent. -good as advertised. My only suggestion is the walkway to the beach needs handrails . Other than that, I highly recommend this property. Jim

We had a great 6 night stay. The property is spacious and the distance to the beach was perfect. The biggest perk was having 2 refrigerators! Communication with Warren Rentals was top notch. We will definitely be back.

This property has it all, on the beach, swimming pool, great space, everything you need to accommodate larger parties. Close to great restaurants as well as other amenities offered in the area. The property management team is very friendly and responsive making sure that your stay is as great as possible. Highly recommend!

So nice to stay right on beach— easy access to waterfront. Would have liked stair railings on boardwalk leading from house to sand — not ADA compliant? Elevator in house a real plus!!! Directions on how use would have been helpful. Overall a very accommodating house for 13 of us. Would stay again— however very pricy!!

Perfect house for a multi generation family reunion! Plenty of room for everyone in this lovely large house.The location on the beach and pool were enjoyed by everyone. Bedrooms on the top 2 floors were great as was the open kitchen and Lr/Dr area. Communication with Rich the property manager was great. Overall a wonderful stay at Looney Dunes

The home was spectacular, location excellent, weather excellent, therefore a wonderful experience.

Great location and layout!

Very well stocked with everything we needed for great family meals and games. Beds are wonderful and pool was a plus for the little ones. A few issues with elevator, but called for maintenance and they were very prompt to check things out. We will go again for sure!

5 STARs will not properly express our overall stay at the Fabulous Looney Dunes. There were 19 Adults and we had more room than we imagined. From the informative welcome, the speedy response to minor issues, to the detailed checkout instructions...we had an AMAZING TIME, so much so, this is now become an annual trip!Sure there were a few minor issue we didn't bother you with, ie no way to regulate the temperature in the 2nd floor bdr, it stayed on arctic and no tv remote. The lighting in the 2nd floor Powder Room was very dim. Also, the 2nd floor furniture (common area where everybody hangouts)...sofa sectional and island stools need to be thoroughly cleaned. None of that affected our stay...comments from the fam:This house is beautiful...We are situated perfectly on the beach...The elevator is a GOD SEND!I feel like we are on an episode of the The Lifestyles of Rich & FamousCan we come back next year...Can we come back every year...Ok, I will leave space for other outstanding reviews. I can go on forever on ALL the pros this house had to offer...huge rooms, ample rooms, game rooms, a dozen bath rooms!!!!!! ok, ok, I'll stop. Seriously, it was a fabulous stay and our property manager is now an honorary family member!!!! He was AWESOME!

Great location, nice place. Prominently advertised on website and photos heated pool . Pool heater was broken and wasn’t repaired for our stay. Too cold to swim in the ocean or pool. Very disappointing. Asked for fair compensation but only credited 4% on 5 day stay, and that’s not fair.

This fit my extended family so well and we loved being right on the beach. From plenty of things for the kids to do while also accommodating my 90 year old grandad this house was perfect. The bunk room was great for the older kids, we thought there was an extra twin in one of the rooms and were a little disappointed to find out there wasn't but the room with the queen and full did the trick. Property management was always quick to respond and make sure the problem was resolved. Overall a great stay!

Great property, perfect location on the beach.

Lovely property that was indeed very large and accommodated our family of 13 very well. Amazing views. Awesome beach. We had a great time with our group that ranged from toddlers to great grandparents.

It’s nice that the house is new and has ensuites. It had a few maintenance items but they were taken care of the day we reported them. The kitchen has bare minimum for cooking. Location is 10-15 car drive from restaurants and shopping. Don’t waste your money with the golf cart. The beach was not crowded so that made the stay great.

We had a great time at Looney Dunes. The house fit our large family very comfortably and the pool and beach were perfect!

Age 3 to 79. 15 total. 24th year for our yearly family vacation.

Everything we needed! Plenty of room and for multiple adults and plenty to keep the kids busy as well! Love the easy access to the beach and the spacious floor plan!!
