LOOK! Centrally located, large clean house, big yard, friendly dogs welcome

Great stay, Paul is a great host. Very pet friendly with large yards for the dogs to run.

The area is beautiful and backed up to the mountains. The neighborhood was outstanding and quiet. There are so many restaurants that are available and grocery stores within a short distance. Traffic was moderate on frwy mid morning at evening. It was so easy to get around and to plan the things I wanted to do. The House!!!! It is beautiful. Large kitchen for those who love to cook. Large dining area and a pool table. Living room had two beautiful leather couches and a huge ceiling fan. Large tv to sit back and be entertained with. Master bedroom had a king bed that was so comfortable A control for your light and ceiling fan. Large tv with fir stick. One bedroom had a comfortable queen bed and the other had two comfortable twins. Bathroom near the two bedroom with a Long tub for soaking after a long day and the master had this wonderful large walk in shower. There is a large patio outside the dining area that is great to sit and social. You can even go out side the sliding door in the master bedroom to a private porch that has a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, cool breeze and sunrise. I am in love with this place and will be back to stay again. I have been may places in my life but I have never know a host as wonderful as Paul. The home was very clean and had a great assortment of amenities! The host was also very communicative and did a great job of making every aspect of our stay as easy as possible.

This property is a great space for a full family. There is ample comfortable seating for a family of 6 in the living room and a large dining table for meals together. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our vacation. The pool table was a favorite and many games were played while staying at this property. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within 2 miles adding to the convenience of the location. We flew from the Ontario airport and it was a quick 25 minute drive. The back patio is a beautiful space to enjoy an evening drink or catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We had ample towels, bedding, and pillows for all of us. The kitchen came with a variety of coffee and tea pods along with a large selection of spices and seasonings to cook with. A full set of pots/pans/dishes were also available making our meal preparations a snap. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is virtually zero traffic and nestled in a nice neighborhood. The space is pet friendly and also has a large crate in the living room if your pet is crate trained for sleeping. The wifi worked great for our devices and the tv's all had a large variety of streaming apps available to use. We would definitely rent from this host/property if visiting the Riverside area in the future.

In town for a conference. Great place to hang out in the evenings. Beats the costs of hotel! Owner was very responsive to our questions.

Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Host was immediately responses. All directions were clear and easy to follow. There was no stone left unturned for our stay. Would highly recommend for per lovers.
