Excellent location and easy place to stay.

We we very happy with the property and experience. Property was very clean. However, we noticed a distinct smell when we first walked inside (first impression). It smelt like a cleaning product. The smell was not unpleasant but was not particulaly pleasant either. The smell seemed to be coming from the laundry. I assumed the smell was from a cleaning product. If so, you might consider changing the cleaning product or storing the product in a different location.

Delightful 2 bed house on the outskirts of PL (10-15 minute walk to IGA; 10-15 minute walk to Ocean Beach), extremely comfortable (particularly king size bed in main bedroom) house well laid out. Garden a sun trap and secure for our dogs, kitchen well stocked for practical cooking (no gastronomic bake-offs though). Shared driveway was initially off putting but house private enough not to interfere.

We stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding locally. The house was clean and tidy. The backyard was secure and perfect for our dog to play in. However I believe the price is well beyond what I would expect to pay and would have expected a lot more considering

Loved the layout of the house, comfortably furnished, bonus with the small garden and secure yard, quiet location with a short drive to everything, many great walks with my dog.

Beds very comfortable. Main bedroom great space for portacot. Carpet in lounge could do with a clean. Fenced yard ideal for dog to roam.

The unit has a nice front garden and outdoor area. Insid is spacious with plenty of room and beds with modern and comfortable furnishings. The remote for the TV didn't work though so that needs replacing. Unfortunately there's also an embedded smoke smell throughout which may be from smokers living there at some point. All in all though a nice stay.

Our family loved our little break at this clean and tidy home. Small home but all rooms felt big ! Beds were very comforts. And a perfect, secure yard that our little dog loved !!

The house was a bit disappointing in that it needs a bit of updating and TLC. Pretty old inside. We found mice poop in the kitchen cupboards, daddy long legs spiders everywhere, no dish detergent for handwashing dishes, furniture grubby and doona cover old and torn. Felt the house was a bit overpriced for what you got. On a positive note the beds were very comfortable and the hot water was nice and hot.
