Long Branch Getaway: Grill, 1 Block to Beach!

Check-in was easy, beautiful home, and our dog’s loved the spacious fenced backyard. It was in a prime location to walk to Pier Village and enjoy the new Boardwalk!

The heat was erratic, the sidewalk/stairs were iced/snowy/dangerous, the sofa needs replacing. Not 1 single comfortable chair.

Beautifully renovated property. 3 bedrooms plus 3 full baths. Gas stove. Large kitchen. Great property for dogs. We had our poodles. One block to beach. Amazingly responsive owners. Note: On a busy street so loud in front master bedroom with traffic outside. Amazing stay nonetheless.

Overall, the house is clean and great location. The issues are that there are no black out curtains and the blinds do not block out the traffic light and street lights. It's also very hot upstairs in August. The HVAC and ducts cool the downstairs but sleeping upstairs is hot, even with all the fans going.

Overall we had a great time at this location. Being on the main road caused some issues with noise, but being so close to Pier Village made up for it! Jennifer was easy to reach via text with any questions we had. The listing states cable TV/satellite but we had to sign into our streaming apps to watch TV. There also weren’t TVs in every room (didn’t realize this when booking). We also wish we knew the checkout process before booking (starting laundry, taking out trash, etc). We pay a decent amount in cleaning fees so it felt like we as guests shouldn’t have needed to start the cleaning process.

Property was as represented and documented. It is within 2 blocks of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Weather was great. No negatives at the property except the road noise was a little annoying when trying to sleep at night if you are not used to it.

The house is very well located across the street from the pier and beach. House is modern, clean and comfortable. Would note there is only one A/C zone so you need to make it cool downstairs at night for the house to cool off upstairs. The property manager is excellent and was always available and responded quickly. She even sent a paddleball set gift for the kids! Highly recommend.

The location of this property couldn’t be better! The beach, boardwalk, and Pier Village are right across the street, so no need to have to pay for parking. Everything is walkable. House was clean when we arrived and had plenty of towels and sheets. Communication with the host contact was excellent and check in/check out was easy. I would definitely book again!!

House is one block from the beach and very close to restaurants. The road it is on is a bit busy, but we did not have any trouble getting out of the driveway. House is comfortable and showers have good water pressure. It was about 20 minutes from the gym where adult son was competing so convenient. Loved walking on the beach. Unfortunately, the bed sheets had not been changed. I washed the sheets for the beds we would be using. I also clean surfaces in bathrooms and kitchen and washed dishes because I just felt uncomfortable after opening a bed to sheets with human hair on them. Owner was excellent and cleaning company was alerted. They need to check beds that are made to make sure they are clean.

Enjoyed our stay! Fit our needs perfectly for the holiday with our family. Location was convenient to great restaurants and shopping.

The house had a horrible smell throughout the entire stay even after opening the windows to try and air it out. The “office” which they suggested could host an air mattress had a massive, heavy desk and filing cabinet which took up most of the room making it a VERY tight fit for an air mattress let alone luggage. The majority of the outlets around the table and a few in the kitchen were not working making it a very difficult situation for our makeup and hair artist who came for a wedding prep celebration. We also had to move around a lot of the kitchen appliances to find workable outlets. We found wet sheets in the dryer. All of the kitchen draws and bedroom closets were full of unorganized junk. I would suggest the hosts clean and organize their belongings prior to renting out again. And definitely air out the place bc it was almost unbearable.

This property is conveniently located near Pier Village and right across the main street from the beach! The property is as advertised and great for families or group of friends.

Perfect location in Longbranch if you love beach. Three bedroom 3 bath with backyard deck. Smooth transaction and great time at Jersey Shore with my family. I would go back to this property. Five Stars!

We were in town for an event in nearby Sea Bright and this house was a great location. You can walk right out the front door and cross to the beach and small boardwalk. Such a fun area. The house is big and spacious. Plenty of beds and room for a family. Very clean!

We had an amazing stay at this great beach house. The location was great, close to the beach and Pier Village with everything for kids and grownups. The layout of the house was excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would gladly come again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for the whole family. The house is literally one block from the beach. The home has a great layout and updated. Generally, the beds were ok but the master bed was a little too firm for our liking. Great location, would stay here again!
