Stayed May 9, 2025We stayed for my student's ASU graduation and it was perfect! Pool is well kept, game room was so fun! Lots of space for sitting and lounging. Excellent property!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025The house was nicely located for us close to family. The house and outside including the pool were so clean. We had fun playing the pool table and foosball table.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025The house is spacious and has many amenities. The location is great for getting around the Tempe area and into other phoenix neighborhoods. We felt like it needs some updating and a deep clean. We had to rewash dishes that were put away dirty. The listing says beach towels will be provided but we only found one. There were plenty of bath towels that we used at the pool but some were in linen closet with soured smell and unusable. We couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink unless we ran the shower for a minute or 2 first. Overall, good space but needs better cleaning procedures.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024The home has a lot of space, with great areas for groups to sit and visit, eat, or game. The kitchen is well supplied, though cabinets and drawers all needed a good cleaning. The tile floor was swept, but was in need of scrubbing. Bedrooms had good closet space, but could use furniture to set suitcases on, or some drawer space to use while visiting. Very nice outdoor area. Bring your own wood for the firepit, which you'll enjoy. A few tweaks by the company owning this home, and it will be terrific.

Stayed May 19, 2024The house was the perfect set up for our group. The kitchem was well stocked with the essential items that are needed for everyday use. Inside the cleanliness was good but the outside needed a deep clean. The team was easy to deal with, our umbrella was broken and the next day a parcel was at the door with a new one . I would stay again
