Stayed Dec 16, 2023This is an awesome location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice spacious house with pool! Kingfisher was not the best. (1) We reached out that the hot tub wouldn't heat and it took 2 days for anything to be done about it. (2) after a storm, there was roughly 8 inches of water surrounding the house and we couldnt exit without waking through it, we thought was just stormwater but the fire dept which is just across the street informed us that we were walking through was because of a septic tank back up and we were walking through toilet waste. I reached out to Kingfisher about this and they didnt even respond

Stayed Apr 17, 2021I thought the property was great but needs work. When we arrived the pool was green and that was disappointing as we were not given any notice.

Stayed Mar 13, 2021We have stayed on Captiva for years. Spring break 2021 was extremely busy for CI. The house was clean and up kept like most properties on the island. The only issue we had was the pool was cleaned & pool chemicals were added on Tuesday morning, and Tuesday afternoon after we swam, we realized it had bleached out our swimwear. House had basic items for a realtor rented house vs a home owner doing it themselves.
