This is a very family friendly area and plenty to do around! The house was clean and I had great instructions as to what to do when arriving and departing!

We loved our stay at this charming beach cabin! It’s cozy, clean, and full of character—just the right mix of vintage and comfort. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The yard is a total gem—spacious, private, and perfect for kids to play or for relaxing with morning coffee. It really made the whole place feel like a little retreat. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laid-back, no-fuss beach getaway with everything you need right nearby!

The short walk to the beach was a highlight, and we loved how easy it was to explore the island, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The cabin itself was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials we needed to prepare meals, making it feel like a true home away from home. It had everything we could ask for and more! We’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, yet convenient retreat on the island!

Our stay was very enjoyable overall. The condo is spacious and well-suited for groups, with the added convenience of each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The only drawback we encountered was that the oven did not heat properly, which made dinner preparation a bit challenging. We hope this issue will be resolved by the property management team for the benefit of future guests.

Nice location for a quick getaway to the beach. House was roomy with space for everyone. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Backyard was setup for family time with a swing, chairs, hot tub and fire pit.

We absolutely loved our stay on Oak Island. It was our first time visiting the island and can't wait to go back again. The log cabin beach house was perfect! The home was spacious and exceptionally cozy to spend time in. I can only imagine how magical this place would be in the summer!

All together an excellent get away. The house is really cool. It is like a mountain cabin at the beach. It was exactly what we needed. I did note in a private review that the front door doesn't latch well. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but I'm hopeful that the management team will fix it. We would really like to rent this property again in the future.

We loved this house. It was a great stay for the family. Plenty of stuff for kids. If you have little ones, you’ll have to be aware of steps and plenty of hard surfaces. It’s a nice walk to the beach, or just nice to stay at the house. We did notice of good bit of sand in the house, and already in some of the beds when we got there. But it wasn’t a big deal. We’d definitely come back!
