LOGGERS RUN 13 - 5 BEDROOMS TOWNHOME, 3.5 BATHS - BEDDING: Master BR. King, BR #2 King, BR #3 Queen, BR #4 1 Full & 1 Twin, AND BR #5 Set of Bunk Beds. This comfortable and inviting log townhome has slopeside access to the Upper Flume(Green). Three stories with a single car garage, mudroom for ski equipment, gas fireplace, and air conditioning. A well-stocked kitchen, a spacious living space with a large built-in entertainment center, and a large master bedroom with a spa tub. Privatedeck with hot tub. This comfortable and inviting log townhome has slopeside access to the Upper Flume(Green).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

    We have stayed at snowshoe for one week every year for the past 16 years. We’ve stayed in several different properties at snowshoe. Loggers run 13 has a decent location… Walking distance to wild, cat provisions the village, and to the slopes. While it is listed as slopeside, it is not a ski and ski out. There is a bit of a hike to get to the slope.

    Loggers Run 13 was a great place and provided everything we needed. Despite poor weather conditions, the accommodations help us make the most of our time at Snowshoe. Great location and quiet.

    Our 3rd annual snowshoe trip. This place couldn’t have been a better location. Interesting Star Wars decor. Basement bed not very comfortable but nice place.

    Well-equipped and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 7. Great ski in and out location. Property manager responded quickly to a small issue we had with a leak. We have stayed in many Snowshoe condos and this was the best.

    Overall it was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was not really that clean, but did not stop us from enjoying it.

    Beautiful, clean, nicely stocked with all the essentials we needed. Property manager was so helpful and responsive. We had wonderful family time and lots of room.

    Cabin was nice, great location. Ceiling fan in master does not work at all. Ceiling fan in living room does work properly. Toaster is a fire hazard need to throw away immediately.. dog poop by the back door was not cleaned up. Minor issues but definitely would stay again.
