Stayed Jul 8, 2025The Log Home's view was spectacular, the house was very clean, a female and male moose went by our windows, 20 minute drive from The Spit in Homer, and quiet area.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Great stay. Very accommodating. Plenty of room for 2 couples. There is a 3rd bedroom down stairs which we did not use. Home is a little dated.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024A hand built log cabin. Lots of room to spred out. Close to Homer but still far enough away. Kitchen is adequately equipped with nice appliances. Not much wild life to report, bunnies and sandhill cranes. Could use some blackout shades in the summer,LOL.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Just a short drive into Homer with a beautiful view of Cook Inlet, St. Augustine Island, Mt. Illiamna, and mountains of Kachemak State Park. Quiet and private with plenty of space and parking. Host is great to work with and responsive to any needs, local information, etc. The Roku TV is nice too!
