    Pictures don’t do this property justice! It’s amazing, very spacious and has everything you need. The view of the mountains from the living room was breathtaking! We will definitely be back next time we ski in Breck/Keystone!

    This is a beautiful home and much bigger than I realized from the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and well-appointed. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular! It was about a 10 min drive to town and worth every minute for that view. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

    House was spacious, clean, & welcoming, with lots of space for our family of 12 (6 adults & 6 children ages 1-9)! If not used to the higher altitude, there are three levels so be prepared for stairs! Great kitchen space & living spaces where everyone can spread out. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our large group. The hot tub & arcade game were big hits with the kids. Just a short drive into downtown Breckenridge.

    The house was better than advertised! The photos do not do it justice, as it is a massive house with tons of room. We had a large group with our extended family & in-laws & we never felt cramped! We cooked lots of huge meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The extra full on full bunk in the basement came in super handy for extra sleeping space. The beds were all super comfortable & the views were spectacular! Everyone loved the arcade game in the upstairs den. Don’t hesitate to book this home for your family-it’s amazing!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house w plenty of room. We were a party of 8 and were extremely comfortable. It is about 10 minutes up the mountain from Main St so definitely not within walking distance to shops and restaurants, but an easy drive and parking wasn't too difficult downtown (in the summer). Kitchen had all the things we needed for basic meals. Furniture and decor were a little dated and had an older mountain cabin feel (all formal, brown leather, brown accents) but this did not detract from the comfort of the home. Hot tub was great and everything was in working condition. They request you not use a/c or heat in the summer so during the middle of the day it was warmer and at night it was cooler, but never too hot or too cold. Home is really close to some great hikes and Boreas pass which was nice. Just beware...house sits at 11,000 ft so a couple in our group really struggled w altitude sickness (but we live at sea level) so just keep this in mind. Overall a great stay and would happily go back!
