Really enjoyed our stay in Nashville! Clean place, great space, close to everything but quiet. We were very happy with our stay!
This apartment had a lot of space, a nice folding bed in the closet for kids, and the washer/dryer were an added bonus. The only disappointment was the $39 we were charged for stained towels. I’m not sure what stain was on a towel that wouldn’t come out in the wash. I would have taken them with if I had know I’d be paying for them anyway. It does seem like they have a hard time keeping up with general building maintenance. The lights wouldn’t go off at one point and we had to call to get the building manager to come fix it. Overall, a great location and we’d stay there again.
The property was clean, comfy bed. There was a problem with our orginal property but the manager got us a new one with working ac and made the change flawless!
Overall, the place is very nice. However, we had issues with the air not working running a consistent 76 temp for the entire stay. Although m/x offered to fix it, we were IN the unit and had pets so that wasn't feasible. Fans were provided, but it was still a little uncomfortable. We also had issues with dirty dishes, lights flickering, mold in the bathroom, specifically on the shower curtain and a ragged out blanket on the bed. I would stay there again, but I would suggest some cleanliness steps up to ensure it's clean for guests.
Very nice and super convenient to Centennial park. Close to midtown. We easily and safely walked 2 miles to CMA fest downtown. The property inspector for property manager was very helpful with helping us park our oversized vehicle. Management company was easily contacted and helpful for a question. Overall great experience.

Gorgeous flat in nice neighborhood. It was walkable to some really good restaurants and much quieter than staying downtown. It definitely needs a few things though. Blankets, laundry detergent and more toilet paper would make all the difference in us staying again.
This place was nice and quiet and only a ten minute drive from the heart of Broadway!
The old number apartments face the front door which is where large groups of other residents get dropped off from their uber and hang out all night. Various groups were loud both nights until 5am. I would recommend staying in an even number apartment.
My husband and I loved the property! Super easy location to many things by walking or Lyft rides.
Anniversary bucket list trip. Enjoyed sightseeing and relaxing.
