House is amazing and we had plenty of room for our group of 9. We were a little put off by property manager texting us that we were using the gas fireplace too much = felt like we were being watched on our vacation. They had outdoor hot tub but we couldn't play any music. Not looking for concert level but that restriction seemed excessive. In addition, the trash bin for our house and another on the property was almost already full when we arrived on Saturday and the answer was that if there is no room in the bin then simply take trash home with you or be charged a fee. For cost of rental they should have trash disposal company come more often when there are guests at each house.
The home was spotless, with lots of space for our extended family, a well stocked kitchen, big hot tub, and lots of towels for everyone! Great location! Close to skiing, groceries, etc.
What better way to enjoy school vacation than skiing, playing games, shopping, and hanging with the family at a beautiful house! This house is perfectly located near Loon Mountain, was so nice and clean, and plenty of room for our families. We enjoyed air hockey, the pool table, hot tub, and sitting with the fireplace on each night. Rebecca was so nice, reaching out to us to ensure we were settled in and very responsive with any questions. A home we would come back to again and again!
We had a fantastic stay. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property to others.
Beautiful house, hot tub and fire pit were great. Loves the pool table/gaming area too! So many bedrooms. There was a unexpected landscaper/neighbor and ac is controlled by host, but she was very responsive. Overall our family had a great time!
This is a great house for a group of friends or a couple of families. Lots of space to socialize downstairs and on the deck. We had a reunion of friends and it was nice to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Walkable to town and a local brewery. We stayed in the summer but talked about coming back during ski season and making more use of the hot tub. House does not have much stuff (e.g. we had to buy extra trash bags and staple kitchen things like oil was minimal)- good to know for your packing purposes. Very clean and new. Great stuff!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Downstairs has a nice, open floor plan with a very comfortable sofa. The kitchen is well stocked and had plenty of glasses and silverware, but I don't think there would be enough bowls and plates for everyone the home can accommodate. It rained the majority of our stay, so we made good use of the air hockey and pool tables. My daughter enjoyed the 2nd floor sitting area with the small desk, sofa, and TV. What would traditionally be the master suite is located on the 1st fl. This has the largest walk-in closet, double sinks and a tub/shower in the bathroom, and sliding doors out to the deck. The bed is a queen memory foam mattress. What the owners are calling the master suite is on the 2nd fl. It has a smaller walk-in closet (but still plenty of space for vacation clothes), a single sink and shower in the bathroom, and a king bed with a traditional mattress. These are the only rooms our family stayed in. The one garage bay was made into the game room. The other garage bay is not available to guests, so all parking is outside. The home has radiant heat, which I imagine feels wonderful in the winter. We stayed in the summer. The 2nd fl AC is controlled by the thermostat. The 1st fl has 2 split air conditioners with remotes that you can control. Our only real issue during our stay was that guests do not have the ability to change the temperature. The thermostats are locked. You must contact the property manager if you want the temperature changed. I understand that they do this because of bad experiences with other guests, but it still is aggravating that they trust you with their home but not with the thermostat. When we first arrived, it was 79F in the house. Another day at bedtime, it was 77F. After some argument with the property manager telling me how the thermostats are a few degrees off and me telling her that it's too hot for my daughter to get to sleep and we need the AC on, we eventually got it settled. It could have been avoided if we controlled the AC. Also, there is no playing music outside, which was a bummer while using the hot tub.
This home is absolutely beautiful would highly recommend it!
