Location! Location! Location! North Wildwood and Dog Friendly

Our favorite shore house to stay at! Perfect location, every year the kids have the best time at this house. The back room with the bunk beds and tv is perfect for them.

Positives include: close to beach, pet friendly, fenced in back yard, has all kinds of supplies that aren’t even in the property listing throughout the house, nice laundry room, great communication with owner, two driveways for parking. Home was not cleaned very well. Floors were vacuumed but very dirty. Kitchen has some modern appliances but overall very old and outdated (old, worn stove and no dishwasher, for example). Cabinetry needs a good cleaning. Could use some organization of cabinets and all the supplies that are there, many of which look like they were left by previous renters. Small rugs in bathrooms should be replaced or possibly just washed between renters.We would rent again for the convenience of the location and the pet friendly features.

From start to finish, Bob was great to work with. My parents, myself and my husband, my two small children felt at home here. It was so close to the beach and boardwalk. There’s a playground at the end of the street. This was my families favorite shore house we’ve stayed at and we will definite be back!

We had a great stay. Loved the room in the back with bunk beds for my young children. That’s pretty much where we hung out given the living room area couch was small. The pros: Outside shower Location Back room Backyard Cons: No dishwasher Uncomfortable rugs that stained w water Small couch Dirty outside grill that went up in flames with burgers No king bed Overall we enjoyed our stay given we were out on beach most days. The one story was good with kids. But the house was not that comfortable w kids besides the bunk room. We rushed out given our daughter had an ear infection and was inconsolable so could’ve done a better job cleaning etc.

We loved the house. It was very clean, cutely decorated, and spacious. We loved the location. It meant all of our needs. Bob was great to work with. Very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Love this house every time. Clean, there is every thing you could need and such a short walk to every thing. My family loves it.

Great back garden and BBQ Grill. Close to the Boardwalk and Beach. Perfect for a week hanging out with our family and my dog. Only addition I'd love to see would be a dishwasher.

Plenty of space. Afforded privacy for ramily members. Indoor and great outdoor showers. The indoor could have used safety bars The decor was very appropriate for beach house. Little signs throughout the house added charm. Quality of bedding and towels was excellent. Entire family was impressed with space and furnishings.Really appreciated finding some coffee pods, laundry soap, plastic garbage bags, wonderful ods and ends which we did not have to go out and buy. Lots of comfortable spots to relax. I am sure I am forgetting some things but overall the house felt comfortable and like home from the minute we came in the door. Being able to get in touch with Bob was a super comfort feature. Great washer and dryer.

This was our 2nd year staying here and we had a great stay. We were there when hurricane Ian decided to spend some extra time at the Jersey shore and cause some flooding on parts of the island. Bob was great and offered us a refund if we didn’t feel comfortable staying, but we didn’t have any flooding issues where the house is located. This house is perfect for us - great location, very comfortable, and owners are great.

I would love to stay here again. The house was well stocked, beds comfortable, great use of the space. Clean house and easy contact with owner. I highly recommend. Listing describes the house accurately.
