This beautiful 7 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Historic home is located directly on Elk Avenue in the heart of Downtown Crested Butte. Built in the late 1800's, this house is filled with original antique furnishings that make you feel like you are stepping back into the history of Crested Butte. Elegant and charming, it has the feel of a bed & breakfast with the privacy of a vacation rental home.

A perfect place for multiple families, this home boasts 7 bedrooms, with 4 3/4 bathrooms and one half bath with a total occupancy of 16 people. With views of Mt. Crested Butte and convenience to all the shops and restaurants that Crested Butte has to offer, this home is the perfect place to enjoy the full experience this historic mining town has to offer. 1 King Bed, 4 Queen Beds, and 6 Twin Beds.

    Came into town for 5 days with friends. We stayed at this house in Elk and found it the perfect location. It is an older historical home. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Kitchen equipped. Good TV. LOCATION WAS THE BEST! and the management company was responsive . Would stay here again.

    Great location, right next to everything in downtown. Ski resort bus was a short walk away. Our group was comfortable and happy. There were a few dishes in the cabinets that were dirty on arrival. Also furniture is dated, I understand they're trying to keep a historical vibe but some updates on furnishing could be made tastefully. Overall great experience and would stay again if I had a large group.

    We had a fantastic time in Crested Butte! This house is in the best location possible. It was very comfortable for a large group. We also were able to park more than 2 cars behind the house which was super helpful. Thanks for hosting us!

    3 generations stayed for skiing and celebrating the Christmas holiday. 9 of us had more than enough room. Grand parents in the master on first floor, 2 of 4 rooms used on the second floor and 2 rooms used on the third floor. Literally a 2 minute walk to Secret Stash. Walk out the back door and you basically have your own private entrance to Camp for Coffee. A 5 minute walk (at most) to the bus stop to shuttle to the mountain for skiing. YOU CANT BEAT THIS LOCATION if you’re going to CB!!
