Location, Location, Location! Historic District near downtown

Great host!

The house was comfortable, full of historic charm, and in a great neighborhood. We were very glad to find a nice location so close to town, with the many restaurant and amenities Holland has to offer. We met the property manager, Stacey, right when we arrived. She a great host with an innate gift of putting people at ease.

Quaint, comfortable and cute! Close to downtown and loved the walk to the farmers market.

Great location! Walking distance to downtown, a few blocks from Kollen Park and the Macatawa River and an easy drive to Ottawa Beach. House was an adorable historic home in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, overall clean and very comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning. Communication with host was wonderful.

The house is so cute! Fresh flowers in every room. Close to everything in town. The host was so nice and gave me recommendations on places to go in the area. The ash tray and chairs in the backyard was nice too! Overall very happy with our stay!

Check-in was easy..the Manager Stacy was so impressive! Stacy wanted to cover everything with us and welcome us with sincere appreciation in choosing the “cottage”for our stay in Holland!

We had a lovely stay at the Holland property! Great location for everything we wanted to do in town. There’s a great park a couple of blocks away that we enjoyed several afternoons at and we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks too. Also the amazing farmers market is a 10 minute walk away which was great for picking up fresh produce.

This home was perfect for our stay for a family wedding. Well suited for the 4 adults in our party. The home has beautiful restored historic features throughout including lovely antique furniture as well as comfortable seating and sleeping. Communication with the owner was excellent, reaching out prior to our stay to assist with any recommendations. Location is perfect to downtown Holland. Would highly recommend this vacation home.

This cottage was in a great location. We parked the car and walked everywhere during our stay: Kollen Park, The farmers market, downtown. The home was very clean and well cared for. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Stacey was super helpful by touching base before our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Our host was very informative of the area and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The home was just was listed and even more adorable in person. The home was close to downtown shops, the local farmers market and the lake. We appreciate the hospitality and would definitely book again. Holland is such a charming town.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The house was within walking distance to downtown although a little further than we expected. Overall an enjoyable stay with no issues.

We loved staying at this house for our girls trip. Charming, close to everything and the host was SUPER responsive to our needs. Can’t say enough about the warmth and charm of Holland MI too. Would recommend!!

Mother daughter trip during the Tulip Festival. Cottage was very clean cozt and was a great location. Check in was very smooth. Great communication with host was. The town is beautiful and neighborhood is beautiful. Would love to come back.

Wonderful house and location,definately exceeded expections

This house has the perfect location. It’s within walking distance to Downtown Holland and many amazing restaurants and attractions. It’s also a quick 15 minute drive to the Windmill Tulip Island. The host had great recommendations for eateries and activities. She communicated so well with us and made our stay so enjoyable.

Myself, mom and 2 daughters visited Holland for Tulip festival. The house was perfect, we were able to walk around to parks and shopping without having to drive in the crazy traffic. Perfect location and the house is so cute, felt like being at my Grandmas house. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

Lovely historic home with arched openings and rounded ceiling corners. Cozy beds and a wonderful enclosed porch. Fantastic location. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and plan to return in the fall.

Nice house, great location, walked downtown for ice cream and only a mile to the aquatic center. Comfortable full size beds required some cozying up but worked. The kitchen could use a few more things but adequate.

I loved this home! It was so clean, comfortable, and had such a quaint cottage feel to it. The location is perfect, close to downtown while being in a nice, quiet neighborhood. This was a beautiful older home with lots of character. The host was exceptional with communication. She provided numerous excellent recommendations of things to do in the area and was easily accessible. Highly recommend!

We stayed two nights here and would definitely stay again! Stacey was a wonderful host. Upon booking, she texted me a number of recommendations of things to do and place to go. The house was perfect for the two of us, although we still had another bedroom available. The size and amenities were great and the place is adorable. We were there during snowy weather (and got to see the City’s snow melt system in action ,) and we still walked to the downtown area for dinner and drinks each night. The location is great, in a quiet street, but close to shops and restaurants.

Loved this house. Reminded me of my grandmother 's house growing up with modern updates. The weather was cold and snowy but the house was toasty warm. Check in and out was super easy.

We found the place to be as described. It was clean and had all the expected amenities. We were able to walk to historic downtown and enjoyed a concert. Unfortunately we had an emergency at home and had to cut our stay after one night - making it a very expensive and short vacation.

This property was just right for a friend and me to stay at while we were in town for classes at Western Seminary.

Was an overall good stay. It snowed while we was there and they even had the sidewalks and driveway cleared for us.

We came to Holland for a short getaway. The property was perfect and within walking distance to multiple destinations. The property manager was responsive and very friendly. We definitely loved this place.

This little haven has big charm -- and the location is perfection for exploring downtown Holland and the Hope College campus. We had an absolutely idyllic stay and appreciated having such quick & kind communication with the property host. Definitely a sweet spot we would love to revisit!

Excellent place to stay!! You're close to town and can walk with your family there!! The town of Holland is absolutely beautiful!! I would highly recommend checking out this vrbo!! It was super clean and we couldn't of asked for a better place to stay!

We stayed a week at this home, and it worked out well for us. Location is wonderful, took several walks to Kollen Park, enjoyed the Farmers Market, and the house was clean. We did think the yard could have been nicer, but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

This cute house has everything you could want in a rental. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were all high quality. The front porch is an added bonus for warm evenings to share a beverage with friends. The location is a perfect combination of proximity to both downtown Holland and Killeen park and within walking distance to both.

We really enjoyed our visit to Holland and the surrounding area and staying at this cozy cottage in Holland's historic district. The house was peaceful and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect -- close to everything we wanted to do. The surrounding neighborhood is walkable and filled with lots of beautiful homes. It was really hot the week we were in town and the cottage's air conditioning was a welcome treat once returning from a day out and about in the sun. Our host Stacey was amazing and gave us some fantastic suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area to make our visit memorable. She answered all our questions and was truly a delight to communicate with. If you are looking for a place to stay in Holland, we would recommend this cottage!
