Obvious that the house keeper didnt do hardly anything. Dirty underwear in the dresser, wet sheets, and no extra TP. House was also pretty gross - dirty baseboards, chipped paint everywhere, old uncomfortable furniture, and rusted fridge and kitchen items

The proximity to the beach was great, the pool was nice when it was open (it needed treated while we were there), the master bedroom was the best. It does appear to need a little TLC - some closets cleaned out, a screen fixed, some paint fixes, and other areas that appear worn out. The housekeepers are available if you need anything and they were very nice and helpful. There is a closet near the parking that has beach chairs, boogie boards, a wagon and more for you to use so be sure to check it out. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would go back.

Location is wonderful!! Ms. Susan was very responsive. Condo was beautiful!! Perfect for our multi-generational trip (In-laws, us, & 2 sons (10&13))!!

Great location! Beach is a 3 minute walk from property and only half mile from the Hangout, which was great for the teens. Lots of fun! Definitely recommend this property.

Check in was a piece of cake! The only issue we had was getting a wifi signal to log into Vrbo. The place was stocked with all the essentials including coffee pods! Very cool! Perfect place and location. We never got in the car with beach access straight up the street. New porches were recently built and installed. The house was attached to like 12 other units. This one is own the end which makes it a 3 bedroom. Next time we need a 4 bedroom house! Kids all need their own space. All in all we would return to rent this one again.

Location was great! Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Of course the beach!! The condo was perfect very nice and exactly what we needed!

Excellent host and perfect location.

This is a perfect location across the street from the public beach access and walkable distance to restaurants and a grocery store. There was ample space for our group and it was very nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. There was a slight mix up with check in, but the host was quick to fix the situation.

We got to the condo it as nice, there was as a swimming pool on site and a volleyball area/ siitting area, it had two balconies loved that feature, we could see the beach from each one of them, not a lot f beach but the water, some things you can walk , you have to cross the street to get to the beach but it is only 2 minutes bites… my grandson has never been to the beach so we went here to gulf shores, honestly this condo didn’t disappoint us in any way

We were able to enjoy this wonderful property during the Sand in my Boots festival and it served us perfectly. With a fair walking distance to the hangout, quick access to the beach and relaxing pool, the property offered us everything we could have asked. The facilities inside the home were very nice and had all of the kitchen utensils we needed.

Overall it’s a great location with it being right across from public beach access. One of the main frustrations is the grill. It is completely rusted and unusable but is listed as an amenity. The closets and drawers were a little dirty and had to be cleaned out. The kitchen was great and had all the cookware needed.

We enjoyed the house, especially the location. Very convenient. The unit could use a little updating, but it was clean and suited our needs well.

There were 7 of us ladies. We had a great time! The location is spot on, right across from the beach and the pool was right outside. Bedrooms are very room and easily slept us 7 comfortably. The bed were very comfortable. Shops were very close. Lots to do in the area!

You cannot beat crossing the street to get to the beach. Gift shops, ice cream shops and restaurants are at walking distance.The townhome had everything needed for our week stay. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. The kids enjoyed jumping in the pool in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time traveling to gulf shores. My sister is getting married so we booked this home for our girls trip, it was the perfect location . The beach was right across the street, we were able to walk down to the hang out only a 15min walk! The home was clean and had everything we needed for the beach, wagon tent, toys, etc. I highly recommend this home for any getaway.

One of the best condos we have stayed in. Almost directly across from the beach. The property was clean, well managed and had everything you needed for a vacation (tents, beach toys, chairs, dishes etc.) Susan responded very quickly and made sure our stay was amazing! 10/10

My guests and I absolutely loved this property. It was within perfect walking distance from several stores, restaurants, and the beach itself. Don't worry about bringing pool/beach toys because the host has some already at the property! We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again

Our condo was amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location. We was directly across from the beach access which made it super convenient. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family. The beds were comfortable. The cookware and dishes made it easy for some home cooked meals. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed our time there very much.

We had an awesome stay and loved the conveniency of the property being so close to the beach, the grocery store down the street, the liquor store, it was great.
