LOCATION LOCATION in the desirable South end of the island!

We stayed with our 2 adult daughters over Thanksgiving week. We had a great time and loved the house. The girls liked having their own BR/BR and the lliving area was super nice. The location was great to walk to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach is ~7 min. We enjoyed walking on the beach but I would not haul chairs, umbrella, etc. It is a crowded section of beach and we preferred to enjoy the pool at the house. They had 2 nice pool chaises. We wish they had 4 but the space that got sun was narrow. There were a few small things with the kitchen that we did not like - especially with the appliances but no big deal for the week. Overall we highly recommend and would come back!

Beachwalk was located close to beach, restaurants and shops. Great location. Heated pool was really a nice feature.

Even prettier in person. Clean, well appointed, uncluttered, & just a wonderful house in a wonderful neighborhood. Had a small issue with the washing machine and someone was out immediately. We really didn't do any cooking, but kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need. Pool & hot tub are really nice....the whole back yard is. Would definitely stay here again.

We wanted a location that had three things, a pool, a hot tub, and great beach access. We didn’t want to have to drive and park to gain access to the Marco beaches - especially after reading how quickly the beach access parking lots fill up. This house has the master on one side and the two other bedrooms, with baths, on the other side. The pool was nice, but our big disappointment was the hot tub. There were no instructions on how to operate the hot tub, and it wasn’t until after reaching out to the property management that we were able to get the jets to work. But we were unable to get it to heat. We called the next day, and to their credit, they immediately sent out someone to take a look. We were then told that something was not right with the heating equipment, and that they would get a repair service right away. And basically that’s the last we heard of it. The entire time we were there it never worked, and we never had the opportunity to enjoy a hot, hot tub. It was hugely disappointing for us, because that was one of the key criteria for selecting this house. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the house, which isn’t far, but seemed further in the 95° heat! They provide a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and floats. The beach access area also had rentals for wave runners, umbrellas, sun, loungers, etc. There are also restaurants within easy walking distance of the house. Check in and out were very easy with an electric keypad lock.

The house is nice. There were nice accommodations for beach play toys and a nice ice chest. The pool is private due to the shrubs. The controls for the hot tub are actually in the house. Took us a while to find them and while the information book told us not to bring our pets and that they hire people who are sensitive to pet dander to inspect the home, there was no mention of where to find the spa controls. Master bathroom is perfect. The master bedroom mattress needs an upgrade. The other beds were good. The biggest problem i had with the listing was the informational regarding the proximity to the beach. Literally steps from the beach. It is 5 blocks and across a busy street. That is steps, but more than just a few. I had never been to Marco Island and thought I was getting a place that would be an easy stroll to the beach. The restaurants are close and the Oyster Society was absolutely amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. The shower broke. The repairmen came and had to get a part. Before they were able to return, we fixed it. Everyone was happy. We may stay again.

Great house, nice layout for a family vacation or couples (every room with walk in closet and en suite bath). Comfortable beds, big kitchen, beautiful pool. If you are traveling with young kids rent a stroller and enjoy the great location! We walked to the beach everyday and to restaurants at night.
