Stayed Mar 29, 2025,I did not stay there, but they still charged my account I was looking for a place to stay while my condo was being worked on, Wednesday the 27th of March. for a stay the 29th thru the 5th of April after looking at all the options I tried to aquire the house in question, but no reply or anything, so I made other arrangements, then on Thurs the 28th I see my debit card is charged, which put my account in negative balance. I canceled on the 28th before the deadline which says 100% refund by the 28th, still no reply. I also emailed the Host with no communication frustrating made Please Help

Stayed Mar 9, 2019The home was very nice. Anything you need is there, but as one other reviewer said, it needs more comfortable cushions on the wicker furniture. Other than that, it was fine.

Stayed Feb 16, 2019Screened in patio was wonderful for sitting and having my coffee every morning! You can walk to almost anything you need. This was my second stay at this house and coming back again next year....I think that says it all !!

Stayed Jan 27, 2019Let me start by saying I would return if this was available again. But, renters should be aware it's not as amazing as it looks. Decor is updated but the house has some areas needing repair (damaged wood work, broken ceiling fans) The advertised Tiki Hut is not in shape to entertain people in, but we weren't planning on that anyway. We had a couple major issues when we checked in and they were resolved within 24 hours. Location is great for walking to stores, restaurants, and driving to and from. There is quite a bit of traffic noise from the road across the canal, but it's easy to ignore.

Stayed Mar 10, 2018The house was very nice and the location was great. Pretty much everything you need was in the House. 2 bed 2 bath with a pull out couch was great. If you are a boater then this may be for you as there is a dock on a canal with a boat rental down the street. Very happy with the stay and would rent again.
