Location ! Location!

Pros-It was clean, the 2 eye hot plate made it easy to make my meals. the dorm refrigerator was plenty big enough for my waters & food. The dishes,pots & pans provided was everything I needed! The host sonalee was great, kind & helpful! The bed & pillows was very comfortable.The cons-the room is not insulated well so the sounds outside were loud. A/C/Heat is controlled by the host the weather was cold&hot so it was stuffy hot or cold. I did message one very cold night & ask for the heat to be turned on the host quickly replied so it was warm shortly thereafter. The parking is very inconvenient, there is a non working vehicle in the way making me drive on the grass & sidewalk to park by the entrance of the rental Or I had to jump the curb to be able to park & in a rental car that wasn’t an option for me. on day 3 of my stay they placed their 2 garbage cans at the road but in the direct path I needed to drive to get in or out of my parking spot I moved them on day 1 & day 2 so I asked host to have them out of the way so I could park when I returned on on day 3 when I arrived back at around 11pm that night they were still there I was aggravated got out moved them onto the road as the son of the host was arriving home, he said “I was about to move them” I told him “well, I had to park” after that they were no longer in the way. I would stay here again if parking and Ac/Heat issues are fixed but I felt others needed to be aware of the cons before booking.

Host and amenities were great!! Only complaint is that the neighbor plays loud music occasionally.

Wonderful hospitality!

It was a bit hot and we had no control over the a/c so sleeping at night was a bit challenging. The water pressure in the bathroom was horrible and the toilet ran continuously. However, when I let the property owner know she wanted to take care of it right away.

If (when) I come back, this is where I would (will) stay. I loved absolutely everything about this location - its proximity to downtown Tampa, how quiet it was - even with a local bar/club across the street - and the hospitality of the host. It was perfect just for me, and I can’t say anything bad at all.

Communication was great, property listing was accurate and host was professional kind and accommodating. Thank you.

We had a really good stay in Tampa. Sonalee was very kind, had some suggestions to visit, like Lettuce park what was really amazing to see. The room was clean and pretty, close to the Downtown.

If you're looking to do things in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, etc, its a great location.

Far enough from town to be very quiet yet close enough to get anywhere- I did it by bicycle and bus. Thanks to the host to provide a very nice, comfortable atmosphere

Great stay for nine days. Only downfall is that we didn’t have access to AC/heat.

My host was very attentive about keeping me updated on the effects of the weather as it related to the hurricane. The host let me know when it was safe to return to the property after hurricane. It was good location for walking to neighborhood stores in the area even though I didn’t go out after dark. The neighborhood was somewhat quiet. Otherwise, my stay was good..

My partner and I booked this property to stay in Tampa for a convention. The unit is walking distance to the convention center/ downtown area, Shuffle Bar/ Restaurant, Sprouts, Elevation Coffee, a laundromat, and public transit. It has the basics you need for a several day stay. Sonalee was excellent with communication! There's a ceiling fan and central AC. We were able to cook simple breakfasts using the 2 burner hot plate and reheat leftovers in the microwave. The bed is soft and comfy. There's a cute outdoor seating area that we used as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! You won't be disappointed with this unit if you're looking to visit Tampa on a budget. nit.

The location was excellent as well the manager. However, the logistic part is lacking.
