LOCATION! Historic home with a modern touch

Definitely felt like the host really cared about the property. That includes the house and the landscaping. Convenient location that served our needs well.

Host always available if we had any questions or problems. House is so convenient for walking to restaurants and downtown area. Stayed a month!!!

Perfect for our mother daughter trip. We had everything we needed for our week long visit to Missoula. I appreciated the historic style. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for comfortable visit with family. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We were in walking distance to restaurants and also easy to walk to Downtown if needed. I will definitely stay again. Appreciate the friendly service and look forward to going back to my favorite city in Montana.

Great property. Quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything you need like towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really liked the covered front porch, which was always shaded and had some Adirondack chairs. Rooms had lots of natural light from the many windows. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Lovely home with great location to UM! Comfortable accommodations. Looking forward to staying here again.

This place was just incredible. Very clean and cozy. Perfect neighborhood and a very easy walk to downtown. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Amazing. My only recommendation would be to turn the ac off. It was an ice box when we arrived. Also, the towels are awful haha. Some normal hotel style ones would be better. Oh and just so you’re aware the backdoor was unlocked when we arrived! Thanks for the stay!

Home is in a fantastic location. Walkable to the University, downtown, and the historic slant street area of town. It was clean and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay in this house. There were some minor details of the amenities provided that could be updated and improved upon.

Everything about this precious property was perfect. Our 2 kids had a great time playing in the large yard and we could walk to everything we wanted to do.

We stayed overnight on a road trip to Seattle. Cute, very clean cottage on a leafy, quiet street. Great communication and clear instructions.

We had a great time for our weekend in Missoula. Walking distance to Higgins, short drive to UM for the football game and S campus stadium for the soccer game. House was clean, beds were comfortable, yards were well maintained. A solid option.

We stayed here when in town for a concert at Washington Grizzly stadium and it was perfect! Walking distance, comfortable, and quaint as advertised. Brian was also a great host!

We had a weekend planned in Missoula to see a couple of concerts. We were looking for a place to stay for a night after camping for a couple of nights, and this place was perfect. It was comfortable and clean, and we were able to walk to a concert at the stadium. It was a nice quiet and walkable neighborhood.

Very great little property with easy access to downtown. Only complaint is the beds could have been more comfortable or better laid out

402 Blaine was a lovely old home in a tree shaded near downtown neighborhood. We walked to restaurants and a great ice cream shop! The home was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely come back again!

Minutes from everything but situated in a lovely neighborhood. Sipping coffee on the porch was a highlight.
