Stayed Dec 17, 2025Pool was always warm and ready to go after a day at the beach, Home was stocked with everything we could possibly need to enjoy the beach. Paul was very responsive and accomodating even with our late night arrival and property is very centerally positioned to enjoy all that Marco has to offer

Stayed Dec 25, 2024Property owner was super responsive. House and yard were both very clean. Liked that there were some good restaurants super close walking distance. The beaches are difficult if you drive. Parking is sparse. Only suggestion from us:There are only five bikes. Should be more and/or scooters since the house sleeps nine. Would have been nice to have something for all of us. Otherwise we had a super stay. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Paul was fantastic to work with. There were a few hurricanes leading up to our trip and he was constantly providing updates throughout. My husband communicated with him to have the house decorated upon our arrival for my birthday. He went above and beyond. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and the kids enjoyed the pool! Great stay!

Stayed Oct 31, 2024Out of Office Marco is one of our favorite vacation spots! The home is beautiful and in an awesome location. It is plenty big enough for our family of 4, and super comfortable too! Our kids especially loved the pool, bunk beds, and movie and game collection. Paul is an awesome host, and answers all questions so quickly! This was our second time back, and definitely not our last!

Stayed Sep 30, 2024Beautiful home, spacious , clean, conveniently located to many beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent communication and attention with owner throughout the stay, when needed. Our family ages 61-22 mos enjoyed it thoroughly and we will be back FO SHO!!!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had a wonderful week! It is a great family friendly house. The kids enjoyed all the beach toys and games. We appreciated all the beach towels provided. The pool is beautiful and spent most of the time there. The owner was very helpful and accommodating when our travel plans changed. He was available all week for any questions we had. Beautiful Marco Island beaches!!! Definitely recommend…..
