Only 1 block away from some of the most popular bars and restaurants in town. With a walking score of 88, you’ll also have easy access to parks, Platte River, Union Station, Coors Field, Ball Arena, Empower Field, Convention Center and all Downtown has to offer. With endless options of rentable bikes/scooters, you can get almost anywhere you need to go without a car!

This 1,250 sq ft, 3-story townhome is modern, clean, and extra comfy, offering 2 bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, one king bed and one queen bed, and smart TVs. The main living floor is extra spacious with tons of natural light, 65” smart TV w/ built-in surround sound system, fireplace, and balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, many “small” appliances, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and everything else you’d need to cook a great meal. There is a small balcony off the main living room, but also a large private rooftop deck with a grill upstairs to enjoy sunshine, a few cocktails, and the amazing city views! A queen Aerobed air mattress and extra large couch are available to accommodate a 5th and 6th person in the living room as well.

****Although a car is not needed for the area, access to a 1 car garage is included. Scooters and bikes can easily be rented all around the property****

    Great location! Easy walk to multiple restaurants, breweries and retail stores. The rooftop had a great view of Downtown Denver. Very clean and easy check in. Laura was very quick to answer any questions. Will definitely stay at the townhouse again.

    The place was great! Clean, had everything we needed, and was in a cool part of town. Would 100% stay again! Be aware that with larger vehicles, the garage is a tight space. We have a Hyundai Palisade and it fit, but needed another person to help guide into the garage to make sure we didn’t swipe the sides. (looks like some have maybe done that before!) On-street parking is available, but it’s a matter of finding an open spot, which weren’t often available.

    If I could give this place 20 stars I would. The home was inviting and clean with more than enough room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was stocked with spices and necessities as well as the bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoos. We loved the roof top patio with views of the city at night. We did not have a car, but wasn’t a problem as the neighborhood was filled with excellent restaurants, breweries and wine bars. It was a short walk to everywhere including Coors Stadium, yet we were nestled in a quiet neighborhood! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Denver area!

    Very nice, very clean place in a perfect location. Laura was very helpful, lots of excellent local recommendations. We felt very at home and had all the extra amenities that we needed. We loved the rooftop deck - very relaxing spending afternoons/evenings up there. I highly recommend it to anyone who is coming to Denver!

    Everything about this rental was a great experience. The rental is a very central area to allow us to explore some local restaurants. Downtown Denver was easily assessable. We were in the area with our adult son for a wedding in the area and were so glad that we stayed at this property. It is very spacious and clean. Laura is an exception host. Her communication was always immediate. All instructions were very clear and complete. I left a personal item behind and Laura found it, and sent to my home. I would highly recommend both the property and the host.

    A very modern property, clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. We also used the rooftop deck which was spectacular. Laura was an awesome host and always responded quickly to questions or requests. Will certainly be returning in the future and would recommend to anyone visiting the Downtown Denver area.

    My friend and I were having a getaway trip. The townhouse is in an excellent neighborhood with so many great restaurants nearby. We are walkers so the walk to the shopping areas, murals and tour meetups were very doable. The 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop were amazing. We took a day trip to the mountains, attended a concert at Red Rocks and an art festival downtown. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable beds, quality linens, kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. I would recommend getting the garage since the holiday weekend brought a lot of visitors to the area.
