Located Right in Downtown Frankenmuth! WALK TO TOWN! Minutes to Birch Run!

This place has LOTS of space, 5 bedrooms and 3 living areas. Clean and everything worked fine. Good communications with host answering questions and adjusting to our needs on a timely basis. We highly recommend this place.

One of the best experiences I have had using VRBO. The owner was kind, helpful and very responsive. My mom struggled to get the lock box open and not only did he come to the house to help her get it open, he also helped her unload her car! Way above and beyond any expectations. The house was clean and had lots of extra blankets for the blanket hogs on our guest list. The location great. If you’re up for a little walk, you can definitely walk to town and enjoy the area. We would stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful time. The house was probably too big for just two people, but it was very worth it!

All the rooms were clean. A Christmas tree was lit upon entering. Bedrooms were comfortable, lots of extra blankets were provided. Quick walk to downtown Frankenmuth. The whole house was very comfortable and enjoyable.

My family enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving break. The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed to prepare thanksgiving dinner. It was enough room for our large family with a lot of extra blankets & towels. Walking distance to downtown and able to see Christmas decorations from porch. The host was always available for Us. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking was great, house was clean, great walking distance to almost all activities.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was adequate for 3 carsi in driveway. Kitchen was clean. Silverware was not enough for 8 of us but it still worked out. The host was available if needed.

Clean, well kept property. Not fancy, but safe and had what we needed. Five bedrooms upstairs. Two were on the smaller size, but all had window air conditioners and comfortable beds. Three bedrooms were decent size with a walk-in closet. One bathroom up and one on the main floor. Plenty of towels. Great location for walking to stores and restaurants!

We had an amazing stay! The location and neighborhood are unbeatable. We walked into downtown Frankenmuth multiple times. The house was surprisingly large and roomy with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice place to stay with group of 12 people. Plenty of linens and towels. 2 seperate tv areas. Very nice basement for age of home. Clean and dry.

Plenty of room for our whole group. We were in town for a wedding and had people at this house and the house next door. House had everything we needed. Easy walkable location to the Main Street. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed seeing the horse and carriages come by.

The house is just off the main roads, putting most of Frankenmuth in walking distance. Clean, plenty of room, and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and utensils. The beds were comfortable as well!

We had a great time. It was close enough to town that walking anywhere was easy and enough out of town that it was nice and quiet when we wanted some quiet time!! We will definitely be back!!

Accommodated eight of us for the weekend. Easy walking distance to all the major attractions that we want. We were able to host a dinner party using the kitchen. Very responsive host and great house for the weekend.

This is a beautiful old house that is full of gorgeous wood trim. We had plenty of room and the furnishings are excellent.

We used this beautiful home to meet with family members who live in different cities in Michigan. We were able to enjoy home cooked meals due to the adequately equipped kitchen, and relax and enjoy catching up after a day of shopping in Bay City, Birch Run and Frankenmuth. Thanks for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home away from home.

We had such a good time! My dad passed away unexpectedly in May and it was a girls trip for my mom. We had 10 and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had lots of laughs and made new memories! We would definitely stay at your house again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Franklun St, in Frankenmuth. The house was spotless, with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal, a perfect plus. There were plenty of towels, hangers in the closets, and a bbq grill. Loved everything about our stay. Walking distance from all the shops and restaurants in downtown

It was great, short to everything downtown, quiet neighborhood. It was just as advertised. Had a really great time Frankenmuth is a very nice German town that we’ve been to 3 or 4 times before.
