Please note the Upper Village Pool is closed for seasonal maintenance from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026, and again from September 14, 2025 through November 21, 2025.     Condo was perfect for our two families. The location is wonderful, it’s well appointed with the items needed to cook meals/clean/etc. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Highly recommend!

    Needs some TLC. Many of the electric sockets didn’t work and a few other issues the property management resolved three days later after reaching out my email/phone three times. So there really isn’t 24/7 support over the weekend.

    This was a very finely furnished condo and the location is pretty much perfect. You are close enough to walk to ski lifts as well as to downtown breckenridge. The only issue I had was that some of the power switches in the condo were finnicky.

    This unit is well maintained and has its own washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen and garage parking. You need to pick up the key at the Prop Mgmt office on main street which has a parking lot which is good because parking on main is a challenge.
