I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The summer of 2022 was our third summer in a house managed by APEX. From the leasing process to the service during our stay the staff at APEX was pleasant to work with and prompt in addressing even the smallest issue. 5 Stars!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very comfortable and the location is great. The few minor issues we had were immediately addressed by Chris and Kieran of the Apex management team and they were a pleasure to work with.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this property before, this stay was just ok. Condition of property was not nearly as clean and maintained as past. Ten lights bulbs were burned out on arrival. Floors dirty, Inside windows dirty among other things, rather disappointed but worked thru and handled mostly myself. When management company was called they handled things properly.
