The house was exactly as advertised. It was big enough to house our extended family comfortably. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip.

We stayed here for a game weekend with 9 friends and had a wonderful time. The living space and kitchen is perfect for a large group to hang out in and we did make use of the fire pit in the back which was such a nice extra! The bedroom setup was comfortable and we didn’t feel like we had to line up for showers with the number of bathrooms in the house. The location was great - very quiet and secluded but still a short drive to campus and the rest of town. Nanette was an excellent host - gave clear, easy instructions ahead of time and everything was as expected when we arrived. Had zero issues checking in and finding what we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

We are a group of old Ags, celebrating 60th bdays with aggie fball. The house was in a convenient location to Campus and travel. It was humid, so outside was not used, but great binzebo with firepit.

Wonderful stay, quiet location, woody lot, very peaceful. Great house and property, fire pit was awesome.

We were in town for graduation and this place is amazing. Big, clean and did I say Big? This place is fantastic for a large, multi-gen family get togethers, multi-couple get togethers or reunion. Completely renovated, all the bathrooms stocked and great backyard area around the fire pit. One of the best in CS area for sure.

Great, quiet game weekend stay

Our company chose this house for our annual gathering. We weren’t disappointed! Nanette was accommodating from the moment we arrived. Very helpful and responsive to say the least. We had a large group and felt not only comfortable but with room to spread around. The house is huge and has everything you could possibly need. It also felt very private and secure given the large acreage and gated entry. Was pleasantly surprised and had fun with the multicade video game and foosball table. Our group also very much appreciated and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Great memories. I’d highly recommend you stay here. Easy to give a 5 star rating for this property!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our gathering with family and friends. We were in CS to celebrate my son getting his Aggie ring. The home was the perfect place to entertain our group. The owner was super friendly and provided excellent communication. The home was was well equipped with the basic essentials needed. We really enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor seating. There was plenty of space to relax and visit. The added plus was knowing that the owners give back to children with special needs in the community in honor of their beautiful daughter. Our stay in this beautiful home was a great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for tons of space and comfort in College Station!
